I went to the showroom in Toronto. The staff member Netsanet, welcome myself and my future sister in-law with open arms. Netsanet was very lovely, and supportive with the whole process. Every step of the way she explain herself well about the ring details. I was very happy at the end of it all. Found the perfect engagement ring.

Sydney was super welcoming and helped me narrow down my decision. She was knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience with Sydney and her experience and expertise was phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and not too pressured at all. Very knowledgeable as well.

my partner and i had the best time at cullen! it was our first time trying anything on or looking at anything specific. we were so well looked after by Paris, she knew exactly where to start knowing we went in with a very open mind, and were willing to try anything. Paris made the whole experience so enjoyable and a lot less daunting. we were both taken care of, and were able to try on some dream pieces, and talk through our options and all the specs that come into engagement ring shopping. could not recommend enough, Paris was fabulous!

From the moment we arrived, Jazz was incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable, and we never once felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.

Jazz took the time to show me a wide variety of ring styles to try on, patiently explaining the different options available and helping me work out exactly what I loved. She was also extremely knowledgeable about lab-grown diamonds, taking the time to explain how they are graded and what to look for when choosing the perfect diamond.

What really stood out was the genuine care and attention she put into helping us. She went above and beyond to carefully select a beautiful diamond for our ring order, ensuring we were completely happy with our choice.
