Tarik did an excellent job and what he doesn’t know about carpets isn’t worth knowing! It was a very hot day and he had heavy equipment to bring in but was really cheerful and very professional

Generally great with one lingering issue
Really great and polite customer service in the run up and after the clean. I live abroad, so got a comprehensive photo-update of pre- and post-clean.
Only issue that came up was that residual water reacted with some cleaning products to give strange rust spotting on the kitchen sink area and metal hob cooker, which seems to have resolved itself apart from some heavy staining on the hob. Cullens gave some good tips for cleaning it off if it remains.

Waste of money
I ordered a deep clean, i dont think i received a normal clean. I specified a clean of certain appliances both contained mould after the so called clean. Light fittings covered in cobwebs. One star because the gentleman helped move my bed. I dont recommend this company, waste of money.
Response to your reply: the washing machine dispenser hadnt even been touched , let alone steamed, I cleaned it myself in 10 mins using cleaning agents. Your cleaner also left food in the dishwasher after the supposed clean. I actually had to point this out to her as well as numerous other uncleaned things- I eventually gave up when I realised I was wasting my time. The cleaners were told to clean where was accessible. She could easily have dusted - these areas were accesible. I dusted myself without moving any boxes. All in all a very poor service.

it is a shame we were not contacted to try to resolve or at least explain the areas of concern,as on the day You were happy with the standard of clean the team managed to do.
Just need to add that When we arrived there were moving boxes in every available space, to the extent it was difficult to clean effectively and to take delivery of the new bed, which one of the team even carried up the stairs for you. Some boxes we did manage to move, but some were also very heavy.
If you had notified us prior to the clean ,regarding the situation, and informing us that the whole house is full of removal boxes as you were just moving in that morning , we would have been more than happy to rearrange, before the removal team arrived or once you were settled and unpacked.
On some appliances ,mould can stain rubber so while the appliances have been steamed cleaned it may not look as new.
We had been requested to clean a double oven, which was in fact a range. As we do not clean ranges, we removed the cost of the double oven and still gave the range a once over, as a gesture of goodwill we also gave a big discount.
Efficient and friendly service
Efficient and friendly service. Maddy and Terry arrived like the cavalry, were prompt and did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent End of Tenancy Clean
I found Cullens via a Google search and booked with them after seeing all their positive reviews. From obtaining my quote through to the implementation of the clean, Cullens were extremely easy to work with. I added on last minute requests to my clean and they accommodated without any issue. The team are friendly, professional and deliver their service to a high standard. An easy recommendation and I would happily use them again.

I would 100% recommend Cullens
I would 100% recommend Cullens. They are genuinely friendly, helpful, and did a great job and a lower price than any other quotes I had for an end of tenancy clean. I got my full deposit back too. They were flexible with dates and times, which I really needed. Cullens were really helpful when I asked questions about oven cleaning for the future and were so easy to communicate with in general.

Excellent experience from booking through to completion. All the information I needed was given prior to booking. The team that carried out the deep cleaning job were very friendly (important as the job was for my elderly mother) and they did a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend.
