I typically do not review companies like this poorly, but unfortunately, I have to make it known that bond cleaning services provided by this cleaning agency are quite poor.

Admittedly, there was a miscommunication from both sides in the early stages of booking our bond clean: I failed to mention that the apartment was fully furnished and the cleaner failed to ask, so there were mistakes made on both sides in that regard, however, this does not excuse the inadequate bond clean that was completed.

Upon arrival, an additional cost was added and agreed upon to account for a fully furnished apartment, which caused no issues. The first red flag however, was when the cleaner asked for payment upfront, before the clean was complete.

After the clean was complete and the key had been returned to reception, our building manager took a potential tenant through the space for an inspection, at which point the manager called us, appalled, stating that the space was not appropriately tidy and that the tenant had asked "when is the bond clean going to occur?". As soon as my partner and I were able, after work, we inspected the space ourselves, and we found:
. The floor corners of the apartment were still filthy, with dust and dirt still clearly present.
. The couches had not been moved one inch for cleaning, and as a result, under and around the furniture was filthy.
. The rug had not been lifted to clean around or under it, which also left this area dirty.
. The couches themselves were also not cleaned, and under the seating was not even touched.
. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, with the base of the toilets remaining dirty, and the shower recesses showed poorly wiped-down surfaces.
. The floor on the balcony was left dirty
. Large dust bunny's, piles and streaks from wipe-downs were left at the top of doors, which fell onto the carpet when we slide them open and closed.
. Dirty shoe prints were left all through out the hallway.

Needless to say, we lost that potential tenant due to the space being insufficiently tidy and unacceptable. When I attempted to contact the cleaner to alert her of the situation (on Friday), I could not get a hold of her, and by the time she called back, I was unavailable before close of business. My partner, mother-in-law and myself spent a full day and a half over the weekend finishing the job to ensure the space was appropriately cleaned for our next inspection (booked that same Sunday), after we had already paid for a full bond clean.

When I managed to get back in contact with the cleaner, she stated strongly that they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, that she has 'never given a refund in her entire life', and that I did not inform her of the situation sooner to allow her to finish the job.

My issue with that response is 1. There was no time to bring this cleaner back in because, as stated, we had tenants coming in the next day for inspection, 2. we did not reach out over the weekend out of respect and a desire to not disturb them outside of the working week, 3. we had no desire to bring the same cleaner back into the space after such a poor initial performance.

The entire experience with this cleaning service has been disheartening, expensive and extremely unprofessional. If you have the money to burn on a half-job bond clean you are welcome to, but I would not recommend this service due to inadequate performance and a complete lack of professional flexibility.

Arrived on time a team of 3 for a 1 bed flat end of tenancy. Very polite and friendly got on with it and cleaned to a great standard. Took less than 5 hours. The booking process was easy and simple. Down side is judged a price from photos of when booked and all belonging still in photos. This cause them to almost double the original price. In summary I would do it again but use another company as I felt I was overcharged and researching more there are alot of others out there cheaper (ref #42232).

The workers were friendly and did update that they were running late

Team John provided the service for our flat from Tenancy Cleaners and it was a wonderful service.

From the start from obtaining the quote the company was very organised and professional. The quote was reasonable for the amount of work involved. The cleaners were vert thorough and did a fantastic job.

The clean was to a good standard. However on vacating the property, the cleaners failed to lock our front door correctly but forcing and jamming the mechanism. Yherefore locked us out the property completely. We were due to have our new tenant's arrive and therefore had to call out an emergency locksmith to rectify the problem they caused. The doorlock was new and installed correctly and had been working just the day before for our estate agent. No one had been in after the cleaners left so theres no one else at fault. My partner had to take time off work to try and gain entry to the property and now Tenacy Cleaning are refusing to offer any compensation or even an apology for the issues they've caused. I wouldn't recommend using them if you value good customer service.

We had initially booked the job via another company, but ZA Cleaning Team ended up doing it for us in Scotland, and I’m glad they did. The whole process was smooth, and we got our deposit back without any hassle. Great experience overall!

I recently booked a deep clean for my 3-bedroom house and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional from start to finish. They paid great attention to detail and left every room spotless, including areas that are often overlooked.

The guys arrived exactly on time. I was given a friendly handshake and greeting. I left them to it and showed them a couple of areas that were awkward, and not to bother themselves with. When I came back, the place was spotless, including those awkward areas. Top service. Would use again.

I booked a professional end-of-tenancy clean for my property in west London, however the standard delivered fell significantly below what would reasonably be expected.

Large areas were either missed entirely or cleaned to a very basic level, including visible dust on skirting boards and surfaces, grime on bathroom fixtures, and incomplete kitchen cleaning. This was not a matter of minor touch-ups, the property required substantial re-cleaning.

Due to time constraints and an imminent valuation, we had no option but to personally re-clean the entire property ourselves the same evening to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

We also reviewed CCTV footage, which showed the operatives on site for approximately 3 hours, with multiple extended cigarette breaks and a generally unstructured approach to the work. This aligns with the poor condition the property was left in.

To their credit, the company did offer a return visit, however this was scheduled too late to be of any practical use, as the purpose of the clean had already been compromised.

Despite the clear service failure and supporting evidence, the only compensation offered was 10%, which does not reflect the level of inconvenience or the need for us to redo the work ourselves.

Overall, this was not a professional tenancy clean and I would not recommend the service

I booked a deep clean for my home following a long period of illness and following a declutter. The tenancy cleaner team provided excellent communication from the outset and a very fair price upon sending in my photographs. They arrived on time and with all their own products and tools to carry out the clean. The two cleaners were friendly and professional. As agreed they telephoned me when they were done and I came back to a beautifully clean and fresh smelling home. They went above and beyond expectations, everything was spotless and I am delighted with the service. I would definitely recommend Tenancy Clean and would definitely hire them again. Everything I had asked for was not only completed but also to an extremely high standard. They walked around the house with me to show me their amazing work and to check I was happy- which I definitely was. It’s like a new home again.
