The lads from Gloucester arrived on time they were very friendly and got straight to work i went out for 5 hours and when arrived home the lads showed me all the rooms in my house I was extremely happy and amazed how clean my house is . It is spotless. You could see the lads worked very hard. I would definitely recommend them.

My uncles bungalow was in a state of carnage and absolute filth when he was taken to hospital, so I jumped at the opportunity to get it clean.
Contacted Hello for a quote and described the state of the job in hand, to which, they assured me they could help.
I was amazed how quickly they could fit me in.
Helen and her fabulous team were the ones who pulled the short straw, but were not fazed at all.
So incredibly professional and polite, and the only way I can describe them, is miracle workers. They have totally transformed the bungalow from a pigsty into a lovely home.
Yes there was a premium to pay, but worth every penny.
Helen... you and your team are amazing and I can't thank you enough

Today
Today, Hello Service cleaned my kitchen and two bathrooms. They arrived on time and did a great job. Costel, in particular, was very friendly and professional. He checked whether I was happy with the work and didn’t hesitate to re-clean anything when I pointed out a couple of minor issues. I really appreciated his attitude and commitment to making sure the job was done properly.
The only downside was their process for handling additional requests. When we asked them to clean some appliances while they were already on-site, they required payment upfront. As I was busy with office calls, I explained that I would make the payment at the end of the job. However, their manager decided to book another job elsewhere because the additional payment hadn’t been made, meaning the extra work couldn’t be completed.
My suggestion would be to make the process more flexible for additional jobs requested while the team is already on-site. It would be much more convenient for customers if the team could carry out these extra tasks and allow payment to be made at the end of the job, particularly for ad hoc requests such as appliance cleaning.
Overall, I was happy with the cleaning service and the team’s professionalism, but a more customer-friendly payment process for additional work would make the experience even better.

One star — inadequate deep clean and a disappointing attempt to resolve it
I booked a one-off deep clean for my small two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat. Before booking, I confirmed in writing that a team of two to four people would attend. Instead, one cleaner arrived approximately an hour late.
The gentleman worked for eight hours and did the best he could, but he was working alone rather than as part of the promised team. My complaint is with the company’s arrangements and the service delivered.
Several booked services were not completed. Appliances were not cleaned, skirting boards were not wiped down, and visible surfaces remained dusty. The windows were left smudged and looked worse than before the clean. The sofa vacuuming, for which I paid an additional fee, was also not carried out.
I complained and supplied photographs. Hello Services agreed to arrange a re-clean, with an appointment confirmed for 9 a.m. However, the cleaner did not arrive until 10:30 a.m. Once again, only one person was sent, using the same subcontractor responsible for the original clean.
In my experience, Hello Services failed to provide the staffing confirmed before booking, deliver the agreed cleaning services or organise a satisfactory response to my complaint. The use of subcontractors does not remove the company’s responsibility for the service it sells.
One star. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hello Services.
