My cleaner went out of their way to clean everything from the bread bin to my knifes and forks I did offer to help they said sit back and put your feet up.

Y had a beautiful experience with omar and ali from hello services ,besides beeing patience because y didnt make in time to take everithing from their path ,y hope everyone can think beyond the apearences and be a team player in this world ,it goes a long way.they left my house spotless and they went beyond expectation.

Sardar and team did a great job. Punctual and good communication, very happy with the level of cleanliness.

We recieved great service from Sadar and co-worker. They did a thorough clean of our new home. Sadar was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our new home was ready for us to move into.

Joseph did an excellent job, wasn't an easy place to clean. Cleaning was done promptly. Communication was clear and precise. I appreciated his efforts.

They gave me a quotation for some number and at the last minute stating the property condition quoted extra amount. After some negotiations to which they didn't agree , still I accepted BCz of my situation. But for the money they charged , the service is not satisfied and didn't meet their words or promise. End of the day I feel I should have let them go and opted for someone else.

Really easy professional service , no issue booking time for end of tenancy clean with only 7 days notice . Everything ran smoothly, cleaners turned up on time , did an amazing job and sent us photos .Couldn’t have asked for more ,10/10 would 100% recommend and would use again . Local small cleaning companies either didn’t get back to me or didn’t have availability .

Sadar arrived super early, was very polite and accommodating in a house that is still unfinished! There was a bit of confusion from the Head Office about who should be at my property and Sadar resolved it with them with minimal fuss. He did any excellent job with our range cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine and I would have him back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Sadar!

After a poor start when the team booked for yesterday did not turn up, SARDAR was booked for this afternoon. He has been brilliant and done a great job. He was extremely flexible as he had to work round a number of people who were also in the house. Thank you.

Thanks to Sardar, the shower door is now see through! All the floors and kitchen is shiny. The toilet looks almost brand new!

The tenants left the property extremely dirty and unhygienic, but the “GLOUCESTER” ( Ali) cleaning team did an excellent job. They worked really hard and left the home spotless. Very impressed with their service!

I booked this company (Ingrid and partner) for the second time this summer for a post building clean. It was well delivered despite being a difficult job.

The end of tenancy clean was easy and straight forward to book. The team did a great job for the most part except for a two areas, but the team was swift in addressing my concerns as I highlighted them.

Overall, David and his team did a great job and were friendly throughout!

Iwona and the team did an amazing job on my flat, would absolutely recommend. They were kind, thorough and professional.

I used HelloServices for both an end-of-tenancy cleaning and a move (which operated under their Hello Vans branch). In both instances, the actual outsourced workers did a fine job, but the company’s administration, scheduling, and customer service are a disaster.
Both services ended up being rescheduled. For the move, we booked and paid 10 days in advance. On the day, nobody showed up and the office never contacted us. When we finally called them, they made us phone the driver directly. The driver told us he wasn’t coming, claimed he had already informed the office, and bizarrely offered to send "some of his friends" instead.
When we reported this back, HelloServices was completely confused and had no backup plan. I called a second time to clarify whether we were supposed to wait for these "friends" or if we were officially rescheduled for the next day. Instead of apologizing for the mess, the customer service representative was unnecessarily aggressive and gave me attitude over the phone.
The move eventually happened the next day. Because of the failure, we were promised a 10% refund. It has now been three weeks and, despite chasing them multiple times, we still haven't received it.
HelloServices seems to just be a booking platform that outsources to random contractors, but they take zero responsibility when things inevitably go wrong. I strongly advise avoiding them.

The Gloucestershire Team were really good, they were thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend them!
