Team were very approachable right from the start and Justin was sensitive to a difficult situation with my Dad being elderly and struggling with hearing and at times understanding. He took it at Dads pace and was respectful.
The sales team accompanied prospective buyers and the sale was quick.
Chloe managed the sale which went through smoothly with good communication and support when Dad became ill.

They say selling a house is one of the most stressful things that you will do, they are not wrong but what they don’t tell you is if you get the right people to help you do it then it’s a lot easier even when things get very very tough. Curchods Esher are undoubtedly the right people infact one could say they might well be the best. They sold our family home with all of its memories with professionalism and care navigating some difficult circumstances and dealing with lots of emotion. We dealt with Laura who was just amazing, it was a difficult process but my word she handled it with aplomb she didn’t just do her job well she did it with so much kindness and compassion a truly wonderful person and a really good agent too!

Spencer and the Curchods team at Ottershaw have been 100% fantastic through the whole process from valuation right through to completion on my late parents house, I cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property, thank you.

Curchods Ottershaw sold our house and we were very pleased with them. The teamwork was excellent. Spencer was the responsible person for our sale, and he was most impressive. Our sale was fairly straightforward, but the chain involved another house where one buyer caused a lot of delay and then pulled out, and the lender for the person who eventually bought that house also made things quite a bit more complicated. Spencer and Phill the manager and the other members of staff kept us informed and were tenacious in driving the sales forward, and overcoming these and other difficulties. Amy at Curchods in Cobham was great from the very beginning. I asked for honesty about the value of my property and I got it! The contract of 4 weeks was a pleasant surprise and I was informed that they wouldn’t be doing their job properly if they needed more time. After a few false starts, that were in no way their fault, they found me an excellent buyer. They have been attentive and supportive all the way through. The secretary even came over one morning to help tidy up the house for a surprise viewing!

He was supportive and communicated well and clearly and kept me updated at regular intervals. I was trying to release equity from my house. I started the process in late October 2025 with Simon Labrow. We met and went through all the relevant checks. He told me it would take about 2 months I was told second week in January 2026. In February I got in touch with him to be told he was working on my case and would be in touch later that week.
I texted him again the beginning of the second week in March to be told he was extremely busy and would prioritise my case that day, so I said to proceed. By the following week after I had text asking for up dates and had no reply just felt I was being ghosted I informed him I no longer need his services. Still nothing
I find this service to be unprofessional rude and disrespectful
