We recently exchanged contracts to buy a flat in Weybridge, using the Walton-on-Thames office of Curchods. All of the staff who we spoke to in the office were very helpful and reacted promptly to any queries. Ben Banton, the sales negotiator, was particularly helpful in assisting us to establish the answers to many detailed questions about the flat. We would thoroughly recommend the Walton-on-Thames office of Curchods when buying a property.

I had a great experience with Curchods. The whole team work very cohesively so there’s no constant leaving of messages - everyone who picks up the phone (and they do pick up the phone here every time!) knows you, your property and the current status. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend the Curchods team.

We didn't have the most straightforward sale, losing our initial buyer early on in the process. Chloe was fantastic the whole way through however, keeping both us and our vendor informed and speeding things through when we were able to resume. Although working for our vendor rather than ourselves she was the most helpful person through this whole process - very regular communication and just generally explaining the whole process to me. If I come to sell in the future (not for a while hopefully) I would love Chloe to handle it all for me!
