Please, please do not use this company for the following reasons:
1) As others have said, it takes ages for the products to arrive for China.
2) When the curtains did arrive, they were not the right colour (we ordered grey and they were oatmeal apparently to this company the same colour), made properly (we could not possible hang them as they were made incorrectly) and the wrong size - even though we had chatted online (with evidence sent to them of our conversation) with them confirming the size we required and assured us they would fit - they were totally the wrong size.
3) This was was where the fun started. As I said we received faulty goods, the seller said yep you can get refund but only if you send back to China at your cost. We pushed further and they offered 15% refund, then 20% followed by 30% we finally agreed 35% for a product that was not made properly, the wrong colour and the wrong size. Apparently all our fault. This is theft.
Do not use this company, they are scammers, use social media to tell people not use them and tell your friends that they are fraudulent.
Dissapointing.
The curtains took a long time to come which was expected. When they arrived I noticed immediately that the colour was wrong. I ordered Champagne and got a horrible peach colour. The curtains also had a horrible frill on the edges which wasnt shown in the images aswell as the tie backs being bright pink and 1 was broken.... I hung the curtains to see how they actually looked where I discovered they aren't cut straight so they bulge in the middle, and they are not blackout as advertised. They just look horrendous!!! I spent £66 on the purchase and I am now in the process of returning and getting a refund. I will not ever purchase from this site again!
Curtains are lovely!
Took quite a while to be delivered but I knew this before I bought. I struggled to figure out how to add the hanging hooks and the picture customer service sent me to help wasn't particularly useful. However I figured it out and I'm really pleased with the curtains now they are up. They are thick and have a lovely soft feel. Design is as shown on the website.

I'm happy with my porches, I've seen all the bad reviews week or 10 days after my order so I've really panicked then emailed them there and then as well as live chat so they assure me that there is no problem with my order and I will receive it. I've got my curtains after one month and half but I'm so happy curtains are exactly the same as picture that I have ordered everything was ok with me....thanks
Wrong size sent and given 25% refund
I ordered curtains 84" wide x 64" drop and received 45" x 95". After sending 2 pictures to prove the size was wrong and waiting a month for a response I was told (copied from the email):
'all the curtains are in 2 panels, for example the 84" width one will include 2 panels each for 42".
For your item:

I was then given the option of a 25% refund if I kept the curtains - I accepted this as after reading other reviews I realised I could lose more money if I sent them back.
This company is horrible
This company is horrible. Lost my order, then did not send it express shipping even thought I paid for it. It came late. Would not refund express shipping.
Quality of the fabric is poor. Did not send all the hooks that were suppose to be with the order. Tie backs are poor quality.
Customer service could careless!

I ordered curtains from a Chinese company, Curtainsland and realized I needed two more panels of the same. The second order was a different color and texture. After sending them pictures of their mistake, they wanted to argue with me that they sent the right panels.
This company is unwilling to stand behind their product and stand behind their mistake or send a prepaid label and at over one hundred dollars to ship them back, I'm not sending them.
I ended up getting a real company at great expense to put up draperies.
My recommendations are to buy American every time, or it could cost you too!
Awful experience
Awful experience. Waited 4 months for a set of curtains for my daughter's room for them to only send one of the pair purchased. Another 2 months and they send the missing curtain only for it to be half the size of the first. We're now 8 months into waiting with many failed promises and stalling on a refund.

Sent curtains with a spelling error or ‘stay pasitive’. Obviously unusable. After much back and forth would only agree to refund 30% of the price. So I paid £25 to throw curtains straight in the bin.

Horrible!! STAY AWAY!! This company is a scam. Pictures are so doctored that their dollar store curtains look like they are worth every penny. They are NOT! The cheap quality materials and horrible customer service (if you can even call it that) is a joke. Their refund policy is just verbiage with no intention to uphold. First they said NO. Then they said 10% and I keep, then 15 etc up to 30% and won't budge OR finally I can send back not to CA which is the address I got it from but ti China and they will also now charge me their "original shipping charge" which all they say is that its too much to ship to them. They never had any intention to follow. Seems every email is just stringing me along, procrastinating.
Anyone get more than 30%? Anyone dispute their fraudulent behavior with PP or CC?

Misleading descriptions, terrible customer service
The descriptions of the products are misleading. The curtains I purchased said in the product description that the panels were 118" wide. I ordered what I thought was 2 panels. When I received my purchase, the width of each was divided into two panels. So instead of 2 panels each 118" wide, I received 4 panels each 63" wide. When I reached out the customer service, their response was (word for word): "OK,it haven't wrong.You got it wrong". So, if you order from this company just know that you might not get what you thought you were going to get and customer service is rude and will not help you at all. Shipping also said it would be 10 business days and it took a month to receive.

Don't order from this company. Overpriced, poor quality, products do not match images online. Poor customer services. I originally ordered curtains too big. They amended my order, 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the difference in price to be refunded. When ordered was told 10-14 days until delivery. It took nearly 5 weeks with no updates in between. Curtains arrived, colour tones and pattern completely different. Quality poor. Asked for refund, have to post back to China. They offered 30% refund after postage costs deducted. Currently waiting for this refund but as I have never recieved the original refund from the difference in order size I am not holding my breath. £80 out of pocket, 6 weeks wasted and I have a pile of pooh to show for it. Never again

I ordered 2 panels of 84x84 curtains for my patio. I waited 5 weeks and when I opened the package. Not only was it the wrong fabric but I received two 42x84 panels and they looked awful/cheaply made. I immediately contacted customer service for a return. They refused because there was nothing wrong with the curtains quality. I told them they were the wrong size. They disagreed and refused to return the product for me. I was scammed, I looked over the website multiple times and it doesn't say anywhere that each panel would be 42x84 equaling 84x84. This company is joke.

In March or 2021 I ordered 2 marching panels from this company curtainsland valued $223.00, I was making over my home and was looking for some panels elegant and expensive to give my place the look I imagined. The measurements I ordered was 80w x 96 L. The curtains took approximately 4 weeks to reach me, however when I received them and opened up the package, I almost fainted literally, instaneously I knew I got scammed. The quality of the curtains equated to something out of a dollar store and instead of 80w, the curtains were 38w. I reached out to the ghost they put up front to take queries and it directed me to an email. I wrote the email and I was going back and forth with another ghost who first asked me to send picture measurement and that pissed me off because first of all you know what you sent me, however, I complied. Although I did that, they tried to convince me they sent me the correct order. After much exchange they agreed to refund 30% of my purchase price, which is meager relative to the price and quality of the item.
I refuse to feel stupid for ordering an item on the internet and getting con, the internet is the new market place, there is where people shop currently. Therefore I would expect that if I will shop there, the items and likewise sellers would be genuine. There has to be some watch dog group to scrutinize these companies and get them off the market. I was also trying to research how I could make a formal complaint against this bogus company, because I will use every opportunity to expose them with no stone unturned. I hate the thought of another person having to loose their hard earned money to these thieves. This is simply ridiculous, they have come up with a clever scheme to scam people. I have been looking into every opportunity to report this scam. If anyone reading this post knows of other ways to get this company off the market, let's join forces, this nonsense has to stop.
Steer clear of this company
Steer clear of this company. I'd read reviews but thought I'd risk it based on one 5* rating and wish I hadn't. The curtains I ordered were a different colour, a different size and took a month to arrive. They then told me I had to pay to return them (curtains are extremely heavy and expensive to send) - and that they would take an additional £44 / 40% off any refund for their initial shipping fee (despite literally having advertised free shipping on their website). Honestly horrified a company like this is even still in business - an absolute scam. I'm out of pocket for being sent the wrong items - do not purchase from them.
