First set were fine, second set a completely different colour
I ordered a pair of grey curtains in the size I thought I needed. Once they arrived, I was happy with the quality but I hadn’t ordered a big enough size so I ordered another matching pair using the repurchase button to put alongside the originals, thinking the same product would be sent. When the second curtains arrived, they were a completely different colour. The first grey and the second a brown colour. I emailed and chatted to a person and was told that they could only offer me 10, then 20 and finally 30% of the cost and that if I wanted to return them, I would have to pay for the shipping which would be at an expense to me. I found the person very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend buying as you cannot guarantee the quality of the product and with no customer service to be heard of, you do not seem to get anywhere even thought the product sent does not match the order description. I will be reporting them.
DON'T buy from curtainsland!
Cheap rubbish quality curtains, minus five star annoying customer service. I was lucky to have paid with PayPal and after opening a claim had my money back. Wish I never bought from them, business like this should not exist.
I received my curtains after 6 weeks
I received my curtains after 6 weeks, they looks different, I order white sheer curtains, comes grey 100% blackout. Asking for refund, already 10 days, send curtains picture, they telling me my phone may causes the color difference. worst company.

I ordered a set of 3D curtains. After I ordered them, I read the reviews. My heart dropped. I thought to myself, just what had I done?! Well, I received my curtains yesterday and hung them up today. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! They look just like the picture! The picture flows flawlessly from one panel to the next! I couldn't be more pleased! They were DEFINITELY worth the wait. I only wish I could have ordered the other curtains that I was trying to order. It only let me order one set. That is my only complaint. I definitely will order from them again and recommend them.
Horrible curtains
Horrible curtains, looks like dollar store quality, wanted refund, they were only offering a percentage, horrible dont order from them, they are out of China, Hong Kong. Very misleading people.

I wish I had read the reviews before I handed over £62 and have never recieved the curtains.
I ordered on 26th February and then read the reviews, I got in touch but the money was taken out of my bank within 24 hours so Curtainsland would not give a full refund.
So I waited and waited....
I contacted them and finally got a tracking number, tracked the order which was still in USA. Got back in touch and was told they had arrived in UK, however the tracking information tracked the package across the USA and said it was delivered to the front door to somewhere in Florida.
I contacted Curtainsland.com who said to check my house as they have been delivered.
The correspondence has gone quiet.
I'm left with mo curtains and £62 down.

Overall very poor experience
Delivery time reasonable (2 weeks). However on inspecting the quality of the product absolutely appalling eyelets not level sewing not straight material unravelling and hanging out all over and the edging overlapping when should be placed on flat. £55 for something I am considering putting straight in the bin

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this website. I am very hurt and disappointed of the quality of the products fir the price. Nothing was accurate from this transaction. Please please please avoid at all cost!!!!!

My curtains where delivered this morning & it made my day as after reading a few bad reviews i thought oh no what have i done but they came quicker than i expected& i apsalutley love them .Can't wait for my paris ones now .So HAPPY.
Wish I'd never ordered from this company
I wish I had seen these reviews before doing business with the company. The items was late in arriving when it did the quality was not sufficient. I contacted them to return the item and get a refund. They offered me 10% refund to keep it, then 20%. Then said I have to pay to ship them back to them in China which would cost $80 or more. This is a total rip off! I hate the fact that I am out of my hard earned money. I will never do business with them again. Such a total scam!
Terrible quality
Terrible quality, nothing like described. Curtains were meant to be embroidered and blackout but material cheap and plain and let all light through.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Curtainsland sent the wrong curtains in the wrong size. They then refused a full refund. I shipped the curtains back to China with insured delivery. Curtainsland denied recieving the curtains back, even though I had confirmation of delivery from the courrier. I'm raised a dispute with the courrier who has refunded me via theor insurer, who have launched an investigation into Curtainsland. Wish i'd read reviews here before placing an order.
Beware
This company just takes your money and sends whatever they want to you. PayPal should be making sure these companies are legit before ever entering into anything. This company even emailed to confirm the colors and still sent the wrong thing. I ordered gray curtains they sent purple curtains

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. Very rude, not willing to help at all after they sent the wrong size curtains. No discount, no refund, nothing! Just told me “ have a good day”!!!!!

Wrong pattern and grommets upside down
When my panels came, one panel had the grommets upside down on the pattern. They offered me 5%, then 10%, then 15% and finally 20% to keep them and I told them each time that (1) I couldn't use them, and (2) they made the mistake so send me back a pre-paid shipping label and I will ship it to them. On all the occasions they refused. Something wasn't right and I went back to my order, only to find out that the pattern they sent me was similar, but not the pattern I ordered in the first place. They will not refund my payment and will not pay for return for their bad product.
Avoid at all costs
Item never arrived and I was given false tracking details. After a lot (two months) of arguing they agreed a partial refund and that’s been sat with PayPal for almost a month who have confirmed the money has never been sent.
