Ordered size 26 dress . Arrived with no paperwork , not tagged , no size label in dress . The dress was size about 10 . So i wanted to send back fir full refund . Git told returns was at my expense and then rapead the rreturns policy which said no refunds for sale items . I feel a bit mislead . Why didnt they say that returns was at our expense , then didnt even point out that refunds arnt possible for sale items in the beginning . I feel conned . Putting it down to experience but dont want anyone else to be caught like i was . Its china dresses .

It's a scam - please don't spend your money buying things from them. There is no shop front. There is no genuine sale. Most of the clothes are from Shein with the prices highly inflated then sold cheaper as a sale item - and yet the prices are still triple what you'd pay on Shein.

On the 20th July, I asked for a size guide for some dungaree shorts - they state there are size guides on every item page, can confirm there is not. I heard from ‘Arlo’ asking for a picture of the item I was referring to; to which I reply the same hour. I heard nothing, so chased up 4 days later. I receive an email from ‘Imogen’ to which she says: “ Hi Ellie,

I reply immediately saying “ Hi Imogen,

Not sure how much clearer I can make it; I want to buy an item, there is no size guide. I email asking for a size guide. I get no response, or what seems like an AI generated response.
This is starting to make me wary of buying from the company. Please provide the size guide for the dungaree shorts.”

I get a fairly immediate response

Fml - surely ‘she’ can see I haven’t ordered yet because I want the sizing guide?! And guess what? I’m still waiting to hear from ‘Imogen’ or ‘Arlo’ about a size guide for the dungaree shorts.

I give up and after looking at the reviews about this being a Chinese company drop-shipping clothing, I am not surprised and will give up on my forever search for some plus size dungaree shorts.
