I ordered a pair of shoes from this company a couple weeks ago, assuming UK sourced products given the name - once ordered I realised the products are shipped from China. I immediately emailed to cancel the order and have since re emailed several times to no response. I have only recieved automated emails as the shipping progresses, with no response on cancelling the order. Cant comment on the product but I would not at all reccomend this company.

I didn't like that insurance was added onto my order without me knowing and then it was too late to remove it. This didn't show up as an option to remove when I placed the order and by then it was too late.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is not a company based in the UK so if you expect your item/s to arrive in a timely fashion, or if you believe the ‘30 day returns’ information then you will be sorely disappointed. Nowhere on the website does it state any of this information and it is only apparent when you wish to return something, or when you click on ‘track my parcel’ and it takes you to a China shipping page. It is an absolute disgrace and by using the name ‘Emily Carter Manchester’ they are purposefully misleading customers into thinking that they are based in the UK. If you want China made rubbish just shop at Shein, at least they’re not lying to anyone about where they are based!
Also, the returns page stages that returns should be sent to an address in Manchester yet when I contacted them to start the returns process I was told the return address was USA, another lie! I am furious that companies like this are allowed to trade based on lies, don’t make the same mistake I did, please avoid!!

Can’t wait to receive my order been looking for these boots for a while.

Very clear and easy to follow instructions and clear guidelines. Good follow up regarding dispatch and tracking. Loads of beautiful dresses spoilt fo choice will defo shop here again

I have ordered a wedding outfit. This has taken weeks and still not arrived. All I get is thank you for your patience. Now I have run out of time with no outfit
Really disappointed.

Thought I was buying from an independent place in the UK, turns out based in China. Bought two sizes to try under the impression that it would be straightforward to send them back to a UK address. Sent several emails immediately after realising my mistake and reading these reviews. All emails have been ignored and they shipped anyway.
I've emailed since to request the return details for when the order arrives but they are yet to respond. I am raising a dispute with PayPal but hoping the supplier will get back to me soon. Disappointed.
