What an excellent example of a complete rip-off service. The clothing is of the cheapest quality imaginable. Notice i did not say inexpensive. I stress CHEAP! Material is thin and clingy! And it actually is not supposed to be. When returning, their system automatically only offers a store credit! That should be illegal. Sale items are non-returnable, but that as not disclosed when originally ordering. my many attempts to contact them by leaving a message were unanswered.

Yes, all of the other reviews are correct. Even after paying $3 for "free" returns & exchanges, when I had to return some of the dresses I purchased due to sizing discrepancy, I was only offered store credit. Ok, no problem, bought another dress with my store credit and they sent me a completely wrong item - not a dress, not my size, not even the same color. I reached out to have them send the correct item as well as a return label for the wrong item they sent. They sent a return label right away and never sent the correct dress I ordered. This company is out of integrity, I will not order from here again.

I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering and the fine print on the return policy. They list it big and loud for easy return and exchange and then have you pay $2.98 for this. Then, when you try to return it, you're surprised by the only store credit. Basically, you are being forced to purchase with them. After I use my store credit, I will never purchase from them again. That is something cheap ass clothing companies do, not reputable online clothes companies, and that's what I thought they were. Looks can be deceiving.

I payed 3 dollars for free returns and then I wanted to return but they only allowed store credit. Cheap feeling to clothes.Overpriced DEFINITELY not worth it. I’m very unhappy with this company.

I purchased a dress from this company that was never worn—I simply held it up and knew it wouldn’t fit. I reached out to ask about a return, and although I was slightly outside of their 21-day policy, I was completely open to receiving store credit. Unfortunately, both the owner and manager refused to accommodate the situation in any way, despite the item being unused.

After looking into other reviews, I also noticed multiple customers mentioning that even within the 21-day window, they were only offered store credit instead of refunds. That makes the policy feel even more rigid and one-sided. In a way, this experience helped me avoid potential future issues.

Overall, it’s disappointing to see such a lack of flexibility and customer care.

Curvy Sense is a very disappointing store. The dresses are made from cheap material, and the sizing is consistently inaccurate. They only offer store credit instead of refunds, which feels like a way to keep customers trapped. When I emailed the owner to request a refund, he responded with a snarky comment telling me to just keep the dress to avoid returns — highly unprofessional. Do not shop here; the quality is terrible, and the customer service is even worse.

I bought 3 dresses and absolutely love them. I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric quality. I worried that it would be cheaply made, as you sometimes (ok, all the time) get from some of the suppliers overseas. But nope, they were all very decent quality fabrics and well made and fit perfectly. My only issue is how long it took for the goods to arrive.. could be shorter imo. But overall, I'm very happy with my purchases.

I bought a dress my size and washed before wearing delicate cycle & line dry , dress shrunk at least 2 sizes cannot wear now waste of money

Returned my items in February and they claimed to have emailed me a code for a credit twice, but it mysteriously never appeared. It’s now August and I still haven’t seen an email in my inbox or junk mail. They didn’t respond to my first email. I had to reach out two more times. Stay away from this company.

Wouldn't give them even a half star. Bought and returned a cheaply made dress and they will only give store credit. I want nothing from these people.

This WAS one of my favorite stores until I needed customer service. I order so much from them. Several months back I noticed a new charge on my invoice. It said $2.98 unlimited free returns. I clicked it to be sure of the info. This is what it says….

This was copied & pasted direct from their website. So I decided to try a couple dresses I wasn’t too sure about but since I could return them I wanted to give them a try. 2 of the dresses were huge! They were a 1X but fit larger than their 2X. So I contacted them to exchange. I was told it’s final sale. Except my invoice/ receipt, my order confirmation, my email, even THEIR WEBSITE fails to mention this “final sale” anywhere. I went through & screenshot the pictures of each item to show there is zero mention of a final sale. So apparently they are scamming people by charging this extra fee. I went to the site for the returns that is ran by X-redo. Their site even says if an item is not eligible for return they are responsible for clearly marking such items. Except they failed to do so. I have since contacted the BBB however they have an F rating there as well. I’m thinking this will likely end as a charge back from my credit card company. Their website is very deceptive & I’ve made sure to notate & screenshot everything to prove this.
once I replied that they charged me for free returns then denied the return, they stopped responding. Half of their stuff is available under different brands on Amazon. Just put the pic of the item in their search bar & you’ll find it. I’d suggest doing this because Amazon will make them accept the returns & you won’t get screwed this way. Although, you’re likely buying from a different store, it still looks the same. Please don’t get screwed by their false return promise & poor customer service.

Scam company who do not alert you that an item is final sale. They tell you what they are doing is legal because they have it written on their website, but how do you know where it’s written? It’s not located on the page of the product nor are you told when you check out. I want my money back. None of these items fit. They are all too big. This company should be reported to FTC. This is the biggest scam ever.
edit- The items I purchased are still for sale and not clearly marked on the page or when I check out. I even sent screenshots to customer service and they acknowledged it was not marked, but told me because its written elsewhere on their website, they are not in violation of any laws. Anyway, my review is not the only negative one. This is a terrible company. Beware, once you buy something it is yours forever even if they send you a rag. 68 percent of people wrote 1 star reviews and the 22 percent are likely just friends and family or people who got lucky and didn't feel the need to make a return.

Thank you for saving me before I spent my money on this. Website because I had almost a $300 order. I was getting ready to shop with them. But after coming here and reading these reviews, I will not spend nothing with them. Wow I did not know this. The company was this bad

Order was returned in November it's been over 30 days and never received credit for item ..Never again

If I could give this company one star I would. I absolutely do not like companies baiting you in just to steal your money. I currently have a trip plan in two weeks. So about the beginning of November I placed a large order with CurvySense (over $800), only after reading the return policy ( at least that was what I was lead to believe I read!). I had ordered other things from other sites like this as well with the plan of returning whatever did not fit or flatter my body type. I had ordered items in different sizes that way I wouldn’t have to have to keep waiting on ordering other sizes, especially with it getting so close to my trip. Upon sending an email asking for a return label I was told that it was only store credit I would be receiving, however what I read on the website says differently. Upon another look at the website I find that it’s two different policy statements. The one I read is quoted as follows “ At CurvySense.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, and our return policy is designed to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We accept returns for items in new condition within 21 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags securely attached. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.“ unquote! The second policy says and i quote “At CurvySense.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, and our return policy is designed to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We accept returns for items in new condition within 21 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags securely attached. Thank you for choosing CurvySense.com for your fashion needs; we look forward to continuing to serve you.” unquote! Pretty much says the same thing but it also says “store credit only”! Why is there two different policy statements on the same site??? I also spoke to a representative, who immediately told me I wasn’t getting my money back before even hearing out my issue. He kept trying to coach me into looking at other items and wanting to know where I was going. And told me how they are also linked to other companies like Lane Bryant and Torrid, which I shop at neither one because the clothes are not my style. I explained to him the reason I had purchased such a large order, he was only concerned about his job and pleasing the company! No regard for the customer at all! This company is very misleading and I feel tricked out of my money. On top of that even if I took the store credit they do not have a lot of items in stock or to my liking. Please do not buy from this store unless you are okay with store credit only. Stores like these should not exist in my opinion. It’s hard enough to earn your money, but worse when greedy companies like this take advantage of you. I will be seeing if I somehow can fight this, even if I have to file a lawsuit!

My order included a pair jeans. The size I ordered was NOT the size they sent. I double checked the order form to ensure.
When I contacted them they required picture proof that I was telling the truth.. ok.. done I'll send 2 pics for good measure.
They then sent me an electronic copy of a shipping label. That I will have to either buy labels for my printer or pay to have it printed somewhere. I will of course also have to purchase a return envelope. And my post office here is an absolute nightmare for time. It will be at LEAST an hour out of my day. They said once they get a tracking listing on the return label THEN they will send the order in the original size ordered. Nothing like being treated like a criminal for their mistake.
I requested a refund as I no longer want to chance them sending me the wrong thing again. Let alone the right one and it doesn't fit. I can only imagine what hoops would be required then.
They responded with a curt, sorry we don't do refunds...per our owner.

Lesson learned. Don't shop this company.

Mistakes happen. I'm not even upset about the mistake.
But, sending the right size and a pre labeled return package for their mistake is really the least they could have done.

I ordered a dress with a defective zipper. I've been calling customer service. I left them all of my information with no return phone call

Warning ‼️ ‼️‼️…. Please don’t shop here it’s scam they take your money and don’t wanna give it back you also have to pay for returns…. You can’t even contact them it’s goes to a voicemail… Please stay away from this place….

I ordered two pair of pants only sent one. Having a hard time getting my money or pants. I blame Facebook for always running these scam companies before checking them out
