Curvy Sense Reviews 

Curvy Sense has awful customer service. First of all they don’t offer refunds. You can only get a store credit. Then they have to review and accept your refund request. I called and just asked, “Can I get a refund, instead of a credit?” The CS representative just said, “NOPE!” And that was it... I have never experienced anything like this. This is my first and last time ordering from them.

I have been buying from Curvy Sense for 3 yrs I haven't been disappointed yet. Clothes good quality & fit perfectly. I love they send free mask with your order.

Nice clothes and fast delivery but you can forget about refunds or exchanges because curvy sense do offer refunds and gives instructions on how to go about it but they will NOT answer you! Didn’t even offer an exchange! So bottom line is shop carefully on the sizes. Read everything regarding on size descriptions and the models size and height to compare with yourselves.

I ordered a few items from them. The clothes were decent for the price. HOWEVER buyer beware they do NOT do returns. Simply because they do not want to. One of the dresses I ordered was out of stock and did not ship. They said I could have an e-gift card for the store or they would refund to my card. Clearly they are able to do returns but choose not to do so. First and last purchase from them! I absolutely let them know their "return" policy is a joke. It's not a return it's an exchange. They need to be shut down.

I saw their ad on Instagram and thought to give them a try. My items came fairly quick and they fit very well. Their fit to me is like Lane Bryant. I will order from them again because I was not disappointed and was very happy with what I received.

My review is a 1star for one big reason- the return policy. I received 2 dresses that I like a lot and a dress and a top that I hated. My solution- return the 2 horrible items. Well, they company doesn’t simply return it has to review and approve your request which is super odd, especially considering I had put in for the return within a week of receiving the order. You have to pay for the return shipping yourself which in most civilized countries is illegal and then the company only leaves you with an option of store credit. It’s a pity. I would have loved to order more but I think they need to get their customer service together first.

Horrible quality clothes. Have sent numerous emails to customer service regarding returning the clothes and have not received a single response.Very very disappointed will not be purchasing from again. Do not waste your time or money because it looks like I won’t be getting either back.

My first experience to shop with them and itvdidnt turn out the way I wanted it to. I ordered one item a month ago and they are saying it's the USPS problem the reason why I haven't received my package. Its very poor business. They haven't tried contacting me to see if everything was even ok. Never again will I order from them.. No. No. No..

I ordered face masks for my granddaughters and they came right on time.
I love curvy sense, they are always on point and i also got a free mask as well. I will continue to shop on this website.

I ordered a mask from them on Wednesday with the hopes I would receive it within a week- wanted it for my daughter to wear at her high school graduation. They mailed it the next day and I received it today - Friday. Not only was their service really fast, but they also emailed me letting me know when it shipped, when it was out for delivery, and when it was delivered. Excellent customer service. And the mask is high quality and my daughter really likes it.

Received my order today! Can't wait to wear the mask! Order came with an extra mask! Would recommend.

🛑BUYER BEWARE🛑 this company has some very shady practices going in. First off they purchased their followers. 266K followers w little to no engagement on their social pages are the telltale sign. I purchased a face mask I need for work. One day after purchase I was informed that shipping would be delayed 7-10 days, unacceptable! I canceled my order but the company continued to go back and forth with me. At 3:30am EST I receive and email stating my item shipoed (I’m sure this was to satisfy the PayPal requirement) All they did was create a shipping label that hasn’t even been printed. I think this company is a scam, they have an international csr number, are rude and disrespectful in correspondence. Don’t spend money with these ppl they’re deceptive. All the tags are made by women who model for the company. Customer reviews state this company is unacceptable. Research before you purchase because they’re hard up for money and will fight you about your money

I recently ordered a few items from there website but I had problems with the UPS delivery so requested to be returned back. Going on past the 14 day return because upon delivery they have moved and UPS is unable to locate new address for Curvy Sense so of course I am now out $200.00. Do not order product from this site I tried to call but was giving the number was disconnected

They restock returns without checking them and send you items someone else wore without even cleaning them. My most recent order came with 2 items that had clearly been worn before, were dirty, one was broken. I emailed CS to get refunded thinking they would since these were dirty used items, the most they would do was replace them. The replacements came in and are definitely new this time but I questioned whether they clean items or even check them when others return them or just restock them for resale, I got a nasty reply back and was blocked on Fb from leaving any further comments or reviews. I saw another customer complaining about the same and messaged her after they blocked me and she stated she received dirty, torn and clearly worn items with deodorant stains and still smelling of perfume. The company restocks and resells items returned without checking them and is so concerned about negative feedback on their Facebook page that they delete negative reviews and block users. Disappointed is an understatement because everything i bought to date fits and decent price. But I don't want to pay $60-$90 per outfit that someone else wore to the club and sent back. Never again. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and Im seriously upset to do so but seems as they grow, they are getting sloppy

I would give -100 literally the most garbage site I’ve shopped on AND I’m a first time customer. I ordered a long sleeve shirt and a pair of pants. The shirt came in the wrong size even though on every documentation it clearly says 3x not 1x and I cannot return it because it was on sale. The pants I’ve worn for just ONE day, to work for my sit down desk job. 10 hours of sitting and answering calls and I have HOLES in random spots all over the pants! Completely garbage. I’ll never shop here again

If I could have given a zero I would have, the clothes are super cute but the quality is awful. The customer service sucks and I would never purchase anything from this site again. They have a 800 number which just ask you to leave a message, no live person to talk with, I will post this on all my social media outlets and tell others never shop at this store again. It's time to close these places down who are treating the customers wrong and taking our hard earned money.

Ordered a Satchel bag costing £39.99. Or so I thought. Ended up 6 weeks later no bag to be seen instead got Email saying it must be lost and since I had lost and they had lost company would refund half my cost. .it ended up it cost just over £41.00 including currency charges.. Envelope did arrive from China with a Scarf in it....Tried to reclaim this from my RBS bank Waste of time RBS told me to send it back which i did at a further cost of £8.67. Then a week later RBS said could do no more and paid this company my money. So no refund no bag....con people...never again.

ive ordered three times from curvy sense, all big orders every time (couple hundred dollars, one was about 700$) and it says free shipping to Canada but its not, they still charge you and they send you a cash on delivery shipping fee plus A LOT of border fees... a $220 parcel is going to cost you $100 for the cash on delivery shipping and fees... and if something doesn't fit, its not even worth sending it back because of all the fees and shipping to receive it and you have to pay to send it back... the clothes are super cute and nice and fit SO well, like a glove!!! I love the products but to get them is just way too much money and too shady.. they shouldn't be giving hidden shipping fees when they say its free shipping.. and the return policy is a joke.. also in two of my orders, they shipped me a wrong item in both orders... I paid for an expensive nice item and I ended up getting a cheap shirt that was worth a quarter of the cost and something id never ever wear.. so that was really upsetting and a huge let down.. also the leggings and full length body suits that are made out of the same material as the leggings, they come apart at the seams after like 2 wears/washes they start to rip and let go... and the jean jackets I ordered are the exact same company as the plus size jackets you get from urban planet/stitches!!! I was shocked about that.. especially since the price is double and the shipping is even double of that! I still love their styles though, and it still tempts me to buy their stuff, but I dont recommend them to anyone that is looking for good quality plus size clothing at a good price point, because curvy sense does not hold up to that.

the worst customer service in the world and the worst company, they also do not say when they will return my money.
