Absolutely perfect, great job.

I ordered a shirt almost 2 weeks ago. The tracking information is not updating. I am concerned that I have been scammed like so many reviews claim.

I received the T-shirt, today. I am pleased with the way it turned out, and completely relieved that I did receive it. It is true to the design on the website.

I cannot get a straight answer nor a contact number from this company. I have received a tracking number finally but for 5 days now its said in pretransit and you cannot get the tracking to work here on the site itself. I'm continuing to email and wait for a response with a phone number from them. I bought the dogfather Hoodie sweatshirt for Father's day....at first they told me it was made I just needed to confirm my address...then it was there was a transit issue...now they've gone silent. I want my $54 dollars back ! I've seen several say its a scam. I hope it gets resolved and that isn't true.

Beautiful shirt. The only thing was, I wished there had been enough space for more dogs.

Lesson learned...I should have read these reviews before buying via Instagram. I was so excited to order a Father’s Day t-shirt. Via email, CustomA2Z claims it was already shipped on June 12th and advised me to use the link to track package status. The link is to DHL. DHL confirmed only a packing slip was created but no package was ever dropped off. After learning this, I sent several follow up emails to customer support addressing this and there has been no response. I am going to make a claim via PayPal. This is obviously a SCAM and FRAUD!!! So disappointing...

Placed an order for a customized fathers day t shirt on May 17th. Got a response with an order number. Checked status of order on June 9th and see the order does not exist. Looks like a scam. Also - policy (fine print) states "no refunds" just a gift card (where you can try to buy more from them). I will take this up with paypal as they seem like they are very shady and operate from somewhere outside of the U.S.

Saw them on fb and thought the custom mask were awesome. However, paid and never received the product. I tried tracking the number they had given me and not found. They should be tracked down and locked up for taking hard working people's money!

Mask is cheap polyester. No mention of this on website. The appearance of the masks on facebook and online as you put together the personalized order, appears embroidered on and quite detailed. It is simply screen printed on the cheap fabric. No nose clip. Price was through the roof expensive for the poor quality of the product. Buyer beware.

Don't order from them..they are deceitful!!
I hope if you made the mistake I did at least you paid via PayPal!

Overpriced piece of crap. Yes cute pictures but so very cheap. I don't think it will even function as a face mask.

I ordered two canvases for Christmas and they are Beautiful and on spot exactly what I was hoping for with the clarity and quality I couldn't be more pleased my daughters are going to love these and cherish them for A lot years Thank you

If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. this is a SCAM!! I ordered a canvas on this site and I paid $26 and some change and instead they sent me a face mask! why in the world would I pay $26 for a cheap facemark, I know I did not order a facemask but they changed my order for me. and there is no way of contacting them, they only way I was able to do so was through PayPal and they took 3 weeks to respond back to me.. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF A HASSLE.

Guess what this product is not even made in the USA..saw on my bank account a transaction from Australia.. and an international fee for the transaction too! Still haven't received my shirt!! Don't order from them..they are deceitful!!

Ordered a custom shirt. It was not close to the color in the example. The shirt was very coarse and cheap fabric, and the shirt was not inexpensive! The transfer was put so low on the front of the shirt that it looked ridiculous. Very dissatisfied, sent the company Multiple pictures and they made multiple excuses. Finally said they would give 15% off another item. WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER ITEM?? Buyer Beware

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 masks and one came out just fine and the other wasn't personalized. When I brought this to their attention, they said it was my unfortunate mistake and they would not replace the mask- $17 and I have a mask with 2 dogs I don't own and a person who isn't me. Very bad service. They lost a customer here! Cute idea but NO business sense at all!

would give them zero stars if possible. terrible quality, terrible customer service. Go to FB and search them, you'll notice posts have 100+ comments but you can only see the handful of 'good' comments. They block anyone who tells the truth about their crappy product. Idea is super cute, but BUYER BEWARE! I'm out almost $70 and I'm not alone - many have been duped by this terrible company.

5 + stars for great customer service and unique shirts and masks! Can’t say enough about the customer service😊.

I made an error on the name of my dog on the shirt and quickly sent an email to customer support. They were so quick to acknowledge the correction to be made and sure enough, when received, the name was correct!

Also, Initial Delivery was within a few days of ordering - Awesome!! But the shirt design was missing some things. I emailed customer support again and they profusely apologized, corrected and sent the correct shirt again within 3 days which met all my expectations!

Errors can happen but when a company acknowledges it and corrects it in such a timely manner, that’s a good company!
