Great company with quick turnaround if you pay extra £10. We use CustomBella for our branded uniforms and they are of good quality, durable for our engineers and wash decent too. The lady Julie who works there is courteous and pleasant to deal with too. EngiClean Ltd highly recommends CustomBella

We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Your order was placed on 3rd March and, as outlined at the time of purchase, your tunic was made to order with a production timeframe of 5–10 working days. The item was completed and dispatched within this timeframe directly from our production facility.
Following dispatch, you contacted us regarding a refund. As your item was not personalised, we immediately confirmed that a full refund would be available upon return and invited you to proceed. We did not receive a follow-up to arrange this.
Royal Mail tracking shows that your parcel was out for delivery on 26th March. At that stage, we had not received any request to proceed with a return.
We remain fully available to assist you. Should you still wish to return the item, we will be happy to arrange your refund promptly once the return is received.
Still haven’t received them after a month waiting… no idea when they will arrive 🤷🏼♂️
