Wrong design fitted and now colour
Wrong design fitted, have replaced ,now wrong colour, and still not design ordered, replacement blind in master bedroom on one of the windows is the colour that should be in the 2nd bedroom!!!!!

Flat roof skylight blind.
Turned up on time after calling us to tell us he was 30 minutes away.
Clean and tidy with work and tested before he left.
Highly recommend.
If needed we would certainly use them again.

Excellent Service from custom fitted blinds!
The lady that came to measure the windows for the blinds was so nice and knowledgeable. She was very down to earth and answered all the questions I asked. The man that came to fit the blind was very nice and respectful of my home and cleaned up after he finished fixing the blinds. I would highly recommend this company and I am so happy I came across them. If they was 10 stars I would choose that, they were great from start to finish. Highly recommend!

A definite 5 star effort
Initial contact was very encouraging followed by a home visit for us to choose a blind and to be measured up. This was carried out in a non pushy way giving us plenty of time to make our decision.
The installation was done efficiently with no mess at all.

I would not recommend this company.
The customer service department is appalling.
I ordered three blinds to be installed. One blind was measured incorrectly by their consultant and I had to wait 5 weeks for the replace,ent to be fitted. The scolloped blind arrived with no trim, it was just cut. I had never experienced this before when purchasing blinds so I contacted the customer service department to try and resolve this. I was given no choice to pay extra to rectify this and was told that there was nothing else that could be done. After emailing back as I was unsatisfied with the blind, the consultant who did not inform me that the trim was an extra, offered to pay out of her own pocket to replace the blind and I was given the option to pay £35 for the trim. I would never expect a member of staff to pay for my blind, but I did expect this issue to be rectified at the company’s cost, not a member of staff.
I took matters into my own hands and went to a local company who added the trim for £15.

We are so sorry that you feel this way, we always strive to put our customers first and to resolve any issues that may arise.
We did try to get the manufacturer to add the braid for you but unfortunately this couldn't be added after you placed the order. We then offered as a company to replace the blind for you at our cost but the braid is more expensive and this wasn't ordered therefore the cost of the braid would be required.
Again our apologies you weren't happy with the service we provided.
Great service
As usual, custom fitted blinds were great at communicating. The work was done on time, to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Great service and would highly recommend.

No pressing number 1 etc on the phone. You actually speak to a very nice person.
The fitting of the blinds are mess free. The fitter Ash was polite and took his shoes off immediately without asking.Any packaging was taken away
We have used this company on three occasions.
Always 100% satisfied.
