Wow. I’m so happy with my new garden pod. I went for the pod zero.
The whole team did an amazing job whilst tackling through the typical British weather and whole process was seamless. The pod is of such high quality and finish, I am so impressed. I added the integrated blinds for extra privacy and they are perfect. Can’t wait to start using the room now!

We went with the multi pod garden room with Custom Garden Rooms and everything from planning it to installation went very smoothly indeed!! The team were excellent and always available to answer questions and stayed in touch all the way through.

We even had a couple of little teething issues once it had gone in and Paul handled all these problems quickly and efficiently rectifying any issues.

I can 100% highly recommend this company if you're looking to get a garden room built!!

I'd never seen one before, and made the decision to go with them based on what I'd seen online and my instincts after initially making contact. I think I'm a fussy person, but the building exceeds my expectations.

Everything from start to finish has gone very smoothly. They delivered on everything they promised.

It really is a quality product that they provide, but I think as important is the quality in which the installers (Joe and Rob) put it all together.

I work in the trade and often for wealthy people and it's sad that a lot of the time there are so many negative stories and disappointment.

Alongside the quality of their buildings, The team have all been a pleasure to deal with. Andrew, Jason, Paul, the groundscrew guys, delivery team, Joe, Rob and Lee.

I have recently had a POD installed by Custom Garden Rooms and cannot recommend them highly enough. From initial contact with Andy a few years ago through to Paul / Jason and the installation team led by Jordan who was hard working and super quick. The whole process was finished within a week which for a 10m x 3m POD is crazy fast.

The product is like no other I have come across and everyone who see's it definitely comments on the WOW factor design compared to standard wood framed rooms.

We had a garden room installed at the start of the year - when we had snow! The lads turned up in terrible weather and worked so hard when it was so cold. They were punctual, polite and kept us informed about the next steps at all times.

The workmanship is fantastic and we are so pleased with it.

I had my garden office installed in October 2024 and whilst the install experience was a really positive one with the team’s attention to detail and determination to create exactly what I wanted, I decided to wait until my office had lived through at least a year in my Welsh garden before writing a review that might be really helpful to prospective customers on the longevity of the build.
The cabin is still as perfect as it was the day it was installed. I opted for extra sound insulation and an air con/heater unit. With these additions I can comfortably work in my office in storms and inclement weather, which we get a lot of in rural Wales! Although not the cheapest option, it is well worth the investment. I cannot recommend Custom Garden Rooms highly enough for their dedication to providing what the customer requires, quality workpersonship and their great customer service.

We have had our Annex built by CGR for over 2 years now. It's a one bedroom Annex with shower room and separate kitchen/Living area, lived in by an elderly relative
The Quality is high - no issues at all.
The Maintenance is low - treated the Cedar once a year. That's it.
The looks - Fantastic at the end of the garden
Service - friendly, reliable, trustworthy

After countless hours touring garden room providers and coming up short, my husband and I finally struck gold at the Custom Garden Rooms showroom in Telford. From the moment we stepped in, the style, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail stood out like a well-placed feature wall. The result? A stunning garden room that ticks every box—designed with care, built by experts, and now proudly nestled in our garden. Would I recommend Custom Garden Rooms? Without hesitation. Prepare to be impressed.

Custom Garden Rooms operate at the highest standard. From inception, on first discovery this company, their approach at providing the correct garden office for me was exceptional. The builders who put together the pod were very well mannered and did an excellent job. The back up and after service was fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of this company who provides a service that is money well spent. There are numerous companies out there that offer these types of buildings, after months of research I’m glad to say I went with the best around.

After doing a lot of comparisons online, I kept coming back to Custom Garden Rooms — and I’m so glad I did. I live in South Cambridge, which wasn’t an issue at all for the team. Jason really knows his stuff and gave me a detailed walk-through of their excellent showroom — definitely worth a visit.

From design to build, the whole team was absolutely amazing. The quality of the final product is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We now have a custom-built garden gym, complete with bespoke features that were no trouble for the team to incorporate. Highly recommend

We had the pod installed a few weeks ago and its perfect.
We had a look round the showroom, the staff there were fab and we had all questions answered.

The pod was installed over a week or so, a few weeks after the ground was prepped and we're delighted with the quality.

I live down south in Worthing and I must say this was one of the best experiences I have had despite the distance to the home town of Custom Garden Rooms. From start to finish the custom garden rooms staff were fantastic. First of all I spoke to Andy and went through the spec of the garden house, composition of the build and also why they choose to use certain materials for their product compared to other suppliers. We arranged for the delivery of the parts and these were delivered as scheduled with no hickups.....on time and delivered with a smile. A team of guys came round to install the foundation pins.... Splendid technology!

Then with the guys that installed the unit, they were the best that I've ever had the opportunity of dealing with. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. They didnt seem to cut any corners and built the unit according to plan step by step and what even made it more interesting is that they kept me involved with the entire building process, pointing out every step and every material used in the build so that I would be confident that the garden room was strong, solid and sealed from the elements. I have seen many other structures of garden rooms online during my research and I'm pretty confident that what the custom garden rooms have built for me will last the test of time and is definitely amongst the best.
Somehow it feels like when you buy a beautiful new car and you keep looking out you window weeks and months later admiring your property.
My garden room is actually a gym and I'm 100% satisfied and more with the outcome of this build and with the benefits of having it. It is better than I imagined and I'm already feeling the benefits of having a structure fully insulated on all sides, roof and base where I can improve my health just a several steps from where I lay my head. Thanks to all who worked on this project and thanks to custom garden rooms for making this happen.

From the outset, every one of the team has been really great to deal with. The installers were on time, really neat and tidy during the installation and really pleasant to deal with.

From initial enquiry to design conversations to the final build, these guys are the height of professionalism. I approached five or six companies with the same brief and Custom Garden Rooms delivered the most competitive approach that included exactly what I had requested, not just the existing solutions. Great attitude from the build team too - friendly, fast and always cleaning up after themselves. There was one oversight in the initial construction (glazing not including blinds in two of the panes), but they returned quickly to swap over the panels at my convenience. I made my decision based on these Trustpilot reviews, so I'm happy to add another five star review to their ever-growing collection.

We are just about to complete the handover of a CG Rooms Annexe .The annexe was built for my Mum who needs to be close to the family . Andy and Jason have turned my Mum's dream into a reality and for that that we are very grateful. Although seemingly expensive the project turned out to be worth every penny as the build was completed efficiently to a very high spec that was well above my initial expectations. The team held all of the complications born from some frustrating planning restrictions and were very flexible when I was not able to meet the schedule deadlines because of them . The net result is a high spec, building reg compliant ,habitable annexe built by a company that I would have no hesitation in recommending for a dream project of your own.
