Quotation stage was well done with a lot of information provided. Proposed solution was to lay supplementary insulation throughout and construction of a 4m2 platform for storage. Useful asbestos survey formed part of the preparation. Execution of the work was on time, efficiently done and completed to a very high professional standard.

The Loft Boys were the first to respond to my initial enquiry. Their process from initial call to book the survey through to installation is very smooth and clearly based on experience and knowledge.

From survey to booking our works was straight forward and whilst it had to rescheduled (this is all explained when booking and is clearly explained so no problems) we were able to confirm a new date to suit us.

Installation was one day and the guys were superb. Floor coverings / protection etc all laid prior to bringing in any equipment.
On completion you are asked to check the works and shown exactly what has been done.
The tidy up afterwards was as if they hadn’t been here.

An excellent job at a decent price providing that extra storage space required.

I found dealing with The Loft Boys a pleasure from start to finish. Mark and Nathan have just left and did a fantastic job in making our loft space unrecognisable from the filthy mess it was previously. Their care in keeping the house clean while they carried out the three-day project was outstanding. It’s taken me 30 years to get round to sorting out the loft and I’m delighted I chose The Loft Boys!

We recently had our loft boarded and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and excellent at keeping in touch throughout the process, so we always knew what was happening and when.

The work itself was completed in just two days, which was really impressive, and the finished loft looks great. The boarding has made the space so much more usable and tidy, and the new ladder is a huge improvement on our old one — much sturdier, more comfortable, and far easier to use.
The team worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organised.

We had a pretty basic install (just loft floor) but overall very impressed with the team, they did nice clean work and got it done quickly, from quote to installation was around 1 month.

I was a bit peeved as they had to move the installation date back a couple of days due to sickness, but other than that the whole process was very organised and way less hassle then just have normally found dealing with trades / builders.

I think the price was reasonable. If I needed to do another loft I wouldn't hesitate to call.

Team Leader Mark and his teammates completed a two-day job on my loft. They cleared it out, installed new insulation, boarded it, fitted a new hatch, a new ladder and flap vents. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly over the two days. They didn’t rush and ensured everything was done properly. They were also very kind and explained how to operate the new ladder and hatch after installation. Thank you very much. I’d also like to thank Tom for the survey and clear job explanation. We would highly recommend The Loft Boys. Admin and office communication was clear and efficient at every stage from site survey to completion. The installation team worked with care, courtesy and minimum disruption throughout and we are delighted with the finished result.

We have a very large loft space. We found The Loft Boys' estimate very reasonable, Ricky - who prepared the estimate - listened to our requests and adjusted the job plan accordingly. The removal and installation over several days went smoothly with good time keeping and good humour. Most of all, the premises were left tidy and as clean as could be expected for such a dirty job. The whole experience was great, quick efficient and exactly what we needed. From the initial consultation, the office and the team that came to the house evey step was explained, quotes were accurate and affordable, and so clean. Our loft conversion was over two days and after the first days work it was so clean you wouldn't know they had been in the loft.

Right from the survey we could see that these guys were professional and knew what they were doing. The loft clear out and installation was more of the same, great work, careful and they kept us informed on progress. They protected the landing, the stairs and the flooring, tidied up all debris and came kitted out to do the job right.

I've insulated and boarde my loft with the loft boys. Very professional team, completed the work in the agreed timeframe and exactly as expected. Their office team is fantastic keeping you updated all the way through. I'd definitely recommend them for any loft work you have in mind!

The Loft Boys just completed a four-day installation of acoustic insulation, boarding and a loft ladder in our 140-year-old house. It is a challenging space to work in with very little headroom but the team were professional, tidy, communicative and they adhered to their estimated dates and timings. There was a miscommunication over the required asbestos survey but that was resolved quickly and the expertise of the team put my mind at ease regarding any safety risks. The ladder also had to be re-designed due to our narrow loft hatch but this didn't hold up the work and we are pleased with the alternative solution. Some paint was chipped on our landing cupboards during the work but we will ask our decorator to sort that out when he paints the new loft hatch. We now have a useable, asbestos-free loft space and the acoustic insulation has made a noticeable difference when planes go over, as well as thermally.

Hired The Loft Boys to insulate and board my loft. Very pleased with their service from initial request to survey and finally fitting. All went as planned and promised. Very clean and respectful work carried out. Definitely would recommend for your loft improvements or adaptions.
