The guys were polite friendly and on time.it must have been 40 degrees in my loft that did not stop them they worked hard and done a good job. Every thing was cleared up so no mess or damage. I would recommend them. Yours john

Very pleased with the work carried out by the Loft boys. I was kept up to date with the booking and the team who cleared and boarded the loft were great, they left the area tidy after the work was completed. I would recommend them.

I needed my loft insulated, partially boarded and lighting installed. The original date had to be changed but I was kept fully informed and the work was carried out tidily, efficiently and to a high standard. I am happy to recommend the Loft Boys for the work in which they specialise.

Survey was done well and quote was a good price. On the day of installation they arrived on time, got on with the work well and were finished within a few hours. We are really happy with the result and happy with our new storage space.

The loft boys boarded, insulated and lined my loft. They also installed lighting and a small door between the 2 loft areas in my house. It was previously filthy and dark!
I found the whole experience efficient and all their staff very competent and friendly (including phone based enquiries team, the quotation process and installation work).
I was particularly impressed how each morning they lined the hall stairs and landing with low tack covering, then cleaned up each evening. The job took 6 working days.

Loft Boys made the whole process (of boarding out our dusty and neglected loft to create some much needed storage space) a smooth and stress free experience. Communication throughout was great, the job was done within 1-2 days and they left the place spotlessly clean afterwards.

The whole experience was very professional - from the initial survey with Dean in early April, to the completion of the job yesterday (19th May) by Connor and Ben. The installers were on site at 8am each day, the route from the front door to the loft was protected with floor covering each day. At the end of each day everything was cleaned thoroughly, you would not even know any work had been carried out. We now have a significant storage space that will be clearly organised, and an easy and safe access route. Thoroughly recommended.

Quotation stage was well done with a lot of information provided. Proposed solution was to lay supplementary insulation throughout and construction of a 4m2 platform for storage. Useful asbestos survey formed part of the preparation. Execution of the work was on time, efficiently done and completed to a very high professional standard.

The Loft Boys were the first to respond to my initial enquiry. Their process from initial call to book the survey through to installation is very smooth and clearly based on experience and knowledge.

From survey to booking our works was straight forward and whilst it had to rescheduled (this is all explained when booking and is clearly explained so no problems) we were able to confirm a new date to suit us.

Installation was one day and the guys were superb. Floor coverings / protection etc all laid prior to bringing in any equipment.
On completion you are asked to check the works and shown exactly what has been done.
The tidy up afterwards was as if they hadn’t been here.

I found dealing with The Loft Boys a pleasure from start to finish. Mark and Nathan have just left and did a fantastic job in making our loft space unrecognisable from the filthy mess it was previously. Their care in keeping the house clean while they carried out the three-day project was outstanding. It’s taken me 30 years to get round to sorting out the loft and I’m delighted I chose The Loft Boys!

We had a pretty basic install (just loft floor) but overall very impressed with the team, they did nice clean work and got it done quickly, from quote to installation was around 1 month.

I was a bit peeved as they had to move the installation date back a couple of days due to sickness, but other than that the whole process was very organised and way less hassle then just have normally found dealing with trades / builders.

I think the price was reasonable. If I needed to do another loft I wouldn't hesitate to call.

Team Leader Mark and his teammates completed a two-day job on my loft. They cleared it out, installed new insulation, boarded it, fitted a new hatch, a new ladder and flap vents. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly over the two days. They didn’t rush and ensured everything was done properly. They were also very kind and explained how to operate the new ladder and hatch after installation. Thank you very much. I’d also like to thank Tom for the survey and clear job explanation. Elle and Sharon were fantastic at providing clear communication.

We would highly recommend The Loft Boys. Admin and office communication was clear and efficient at every stage from site survey to completion. The installation team worked with care, courtesy and minimum disruption throughout and we are delighted with the finished result.

We have a very large loft space. We found The Loft Boys' estimate very reasonable, Ricky - who prepared the estimate - listened to our requests and adjusted the job plan accordingly. The removal and installation over several days went smoothly with good time keeping and good humour. Most of all, the premises were left tidy and as clean as could be expected for such a dirty job. Overall, we were left satisfied so I am happy to recommend them
