Inspected loft. Asked as to how we wanted it to look, sketched out rough idea then emailed us over the final look of loft.
On the day of installation- 2 person task.
Tidyed up loft area as to insulation layout. Took about 3hrs to complete.
Electrian turned up. Safety checked property- gas line electrics and water. Wired up the 2 lights.
Excellent thru out.

From first contact I knew I was dealing with a company that listened to and understood the work I wanted done. The survey was carried out and everything was explained what could be done. The cost of the work was very reasonable.

Our experience with Instaloft has been great from start to finish. Our request for quote was responded to very quickly and within days we had a visit from the salesman who generated a quote straight away. No pushy sales technique to sell us stuff we didn’t want, just a straightforward competitive price presented in a friendly way. Installation was arranged in days and we had a great installer called Roger who was and absolute credit to the company. He did the job on his own in one morning, was extremely polite and friendly and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He took great care to keep everything tidy and clean throughout and let me view his work during the fit out and at the end when he demonstrated the loft ladder. Can’t speak highly enough of this chap. Thank you Instaloft, very happy customer!

Very pleased with our loft boarding.
The initial assessment was done in a very professional manner with the bloke able to answer any questions we had.
I had assumed the existing insulation would need replacing but was told that there was sufficient depth already but not very well laid and that they would lay it properly for free.
As a consequence it saved some money and as we only had half the loft done we may well have the rest done in the future if finances allow.
The young man that did the work was very personable, efficient and a tidy worker.

Booked a survey. Was given date, time and the name of the surveyor.
Waited an extra hour. Called to ask what time they’d arrive and was told someone would call back with time.
No one called so called again and once again was told a manager would call.
Eventually a person called ( not a manager) to say the appointment had been cancelled by Instaloft without telling us because they don’t cover our area! What? Why did they book the appointment? Why did no one let us know? That’s an afternoon off work we’ll never get back. What an utter shambles of a company. Absolutely shocking.

The man who came and valued the loft was very friendly and helpful. The man who came and completed the work was also friendly and efficient. Communication was always good and a lot of information was given

We have just had our loft re-insulated and boarded by Instaloft who also installed an access ladder and light. From survey to completion of work, the communication and service was exceptional and we are delighted with end result. I would certainly recommend.

Loft hatch replacement was replaced quickly and satisfactorily.
Installers answered all questions and demonstrated its use. Thank you.

Great company, great communication throughout. Brandon & Sam did a fabulous job boarding my loft and extending my loft hatch and fitting a folding wooden ladder with handrail! Excellent work, arrived 8am and worked through to the afternoon until finished! Would highly recommend. I am over the moon with the amount of safe space this has created in my loft not to mention the safe fitted ladder! It will be a game changer accessing my loft from now on. From the moment we contacted Instaloft we had excellent service all round.
Charlotte came to do our loft installation quote.She was pleasant and very approachable whilst being knowledgeable and well informed about the Instaloft products. Her valuable knowledge and experience about what we needed and what would work in the loft was invaluable.
The two young men who came to carry out the installation were polite and respectful also keen to get on with the job. They completed the job to high standard and were immaculate in their tidying up.

From start to finish I can’t really complain the salesmen that came Alistair was very pleasant & went through everything with us to the fitting day Cody & not sure of the others names were lovely lads got on with it & kept everything clean & tidy there was a problem with the electrician coming the same day as I was at work all the following week so Ollie came out on the Saturday morning his day off to put my light in another pleasant bloke who also fixed my bathroom light as the vibration from the boarding had knocked a wire out.
All in all I would definitely recommend this company for your loft boarding we absolutely love it thanks guys

Their surveyor was very friendly and informative and did exactly as we asked without trying to encourage us to spend more. The fitting team were very friendly and helpful, very efficient and tidy.

Really pleased with the work completed by Instaloft and Instaspark.

Mike and Liam carried out the main loft installation, removing the old material before installing new insulation, full boarding, a new loft hatch and ladder. They worked hard throughout, kept everything tidy and the finished loft has completely changed how usable the space is.

The lighting was completed separately by Ollie through Instaspark, who came back to install the new lighting and did another great job.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and easy to have in the house. The whole job has given us a much cleaner, properly insulated and genuinely useful loft space.

Would happily recommend both Instaloft and Instaspark.

Wanted to leave feedback for Paul, Steve and Lee who came out to board my loft yesterday. Professional, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing and took time to explain it all. Great experience!

I explained time and time again that my loft is split in two halves (one side accessible through my property and the other side through the neighbour's) and both sides need new insulation. I got the quote through and agreed to the price.
The tradesman came and did one half. Said he knew nothing of the other half. He was only going to do what was on his bit of paper.
I kept calling asking for the other side to be done and they kept promising that the appropriate person would be in touch.

The only people in touch were the accounts team chasing me for payment. I explained the same thing to them each time: the job's not finished, but they didn't care.

Then I get letters from a debt collection agency.

I wish I took the matter to an Ombudsman or small claims.
I called it quits. I don't want them doing the rest of the job.
I paid the collection agency and went with a local company to do the rest.

Pleasant workers got on with job and cleaned up after themselves,work done timely and efficiently, electrician turned up 5 mins after fitters had gone and got on with his part of job in same manner.really pleased with result.would recommend.
