Good Service and Company
Two lovely men (didn’t catch their names) came and boarded the loft and did a fantastic job. We love the work done and have so much useable space. The only downside was the surveyor who was lovely at first then pressurised us to decided immediately after giving us a quote if we wanted the work doing. I’d put that down to commission based work but nonetheless the work Instaloft did is brilliant.

We had our loft done today
We had our loft done today. Firstly the rep that came to see us initially was so lovely. Walked us through the whole process and helped us with all questions. We were kept in touch with in the meantime whilst we waiting for installation day. Any time I had to speak to customer services they answered the phone straight away and were so polite and helpful.
The guys who fitted were so lovely! Quick and efficient. Tidied up after themselves and showed me the loft and how the ladder works. We are super happy with the results and would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs the additional space!
Thank you!

Do not ask for a quote
Do not ask for a quote. It's not an online quote as they claim but you have to have a survey arranged and they will contact you 2 times a day for weeks - about a month now.
When I pick up there is no one there so it's clear they're using an automated system that just keeps calling.

A bigger job but done in a day
We had John come and give us a quote. Not the cheapest we had but the LoftZone system, finance options and lifetime guarantee swayed us. Got booked in much quicker than expected!
On the day of install Jacob arrived and could see that it was going to be a bigger job than expected. He worked hard all day removing old boarding and fitting the new boards and loft hatch, even staying late to finish it all in one day. We have a great result and love our new loft space. Thanks to the team for sorting it out.
