The team were professional and courteous from the start. They focused on the work I needed doing and suggested the best approaches. I never had the sense - as I did with other companies- that they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. They did the job very well and cleaned up afterwards. All in all, I was very satisfied with the outcome.

We recently used The Loft Boys for loft insulation and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.
From the initial enquiry through to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear, they turned up exactly when they said they would, and the team were friendly, polite and respectful of our home.
The work itself was completed to a very high standard. They explained what they were doing, kept everything tidy throughout, and left the loft clean and organised once the job was finished. It’s rare to find trades who are this reliable and easy to deal with.

I found the Loft Boys team great to work with - they were friendly, helpful and professional. The team arrived on time and left everything immaculately tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to come back and remediate a couple of minor snagging issues. Excellent experience from initial survey through to installation. The work completed included removal/replacement of old insulation, boarding of a large area of the loft and installation of new loft hatch and ladders. Job took a little longer than originally planned, but all work completed to a high standard. The installation teams were very polite, hard-working and tidy, and the back-office team friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Some asbestos was found in the loft during the initial survey and the Loft Boys team were able to recommend a local company to deal with the removal. Overall very pleased with the service received and the work completed. Would not hesitate to recommend the Loft Boys.

The Loft Boys did a great job. Everyone was friendly. The guys who came to provide the quote explained how the process. The price was very reasonable. The guys who came to do the fitting did a great job (I had insulation & some boarding). They made sure they protected all carpets and furniture and left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with the work.

Recently the Loft Boys carried out the following, loft boarding, electric light installation and access ladder.
This was done in a very timely and professional manner by two very capable and experienced fitters.
They completed the work to a high quality finish and were very polite and ensured all the area’s were protected and removed all the rubbish and tidied up after completion.
I would highly recommend the Loft Boys, from start to finish the communication was excellent from enquiry to completion!

From the initial loft survey to the
completion of the work the process was dealt with so efficiently. I didn’t have to chase anyone and everything was dealt with in a timely fashion. The work done is excellent and given me a spotlessly clean storage area that is very well insulated. The transformation is unbelievable. All rubbish was deposed of and where necessary the house was cleaned each day before Owen and Ben left. I’ve already passed your details on to a friend who is looking to make her loft a useable space once again.

Received a faultless service from the Loft Boys. Found them online (via Google search as knew nothing about loft insulation/boarding) and was impressed with the reviews and company offering. From the survey/quote phase, to completion I continued to be impressed. Communication was excellent, pricing was transparent and reasonable (they didn't try to oversell or push items I didn't need). Then the work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and on time as promised. The loft looks fantastic, I am delighted to have the extra storage space, and Mark and Charlie who carried out the work were so polite, worked quickly and left the place spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

Dean and The Loft Boys provide excellent craftsmanship, expert knowledge and a really thoughtful service. Highly recommended. The team boarded our loft and provided much needed extra storage, and also identified and navigated some tricky problems to do with our house which would have missed had we DIYed it - so very glad we decided to go with the professionals.

I needed an adjustment to my loft ladder that the Loft Boys originally installed. The team came on time, quickly found out what had happened and adjusted the ladder so it ran smoothly. They did an excellent job. No further problems - thoroughly recommended.
