I under ordered flooring and needed more urgently, Helena and David were very helpful and I managed to arrange collection within a few hours. Whilst I appreciate these were a stock item, their efficiency saved my decorator an entire day!

The moment we walked in, were made feel comfortable. Kate Message, a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member was very responsive and attentive to our queries.
She has used her experience to guide us, without being pushy to choose right materials.

Rachel Camilleri was really helpful with finding me tiles for an active project. Really knowledgeable.

We recently purchased tiles from the Braehead showroom, where we had excellent service from the lovely Abby Matthews who helped us find the tiles we were looking for. She also followed up afterwards ensuring everything went smoothly with collection etc.

Poor customer service.
I came to the store to ask (not complain) about a problem with a fancy expensive bathroom faucet I bought there.
When Valeria realized she had nothing to sell to me, she became busy with an emergency she had to handle quickly, leaving no other option than to leave without further explanation.
I will never buy anything from Porcelanosa anymore because of the very poor customer service.

Compré un grifo y un calienta toalla hace más de un mes y sigo sin ellos aunque está pagado. Pero por política de la empresa no se quita un producto de exposición hasta que no llega la reposición lo que quiere decir que prima la compañía antes que un cliente, que en este caso insatisfecho

We purchased and paid in full for porcelain for our new bathroom and can’t
get an answer for when it will be delivered. We are told it is in the warehouse but now can’t even get a return phone call. It’s been several weeks and we are considering retaining an attorney.

Fantastic products - BUT if you actually want what you have ordered within any defined timescale - or any updates during the order process then go elsewhere. Still waiting for our bath 8 weeks after order (4-6 week delivery). It arrived in the warehouse last week, but zero contact about delivery since - even after chasing. Looking forward to it arriving one day :(
I hate complaining but feel like I have to to try and get our order sorted...

Rachel Camilleri was a lovely lady, very helpful, showed us different items for our needs and style, highly recommend.

Having wandered in without an appointment to get a view on what tiles might be good for our bathroom we left with a great quotation. Kate could not have been more helpful. She listened to us and gave us some sound advice. Not pushy in any way and made the whole experience enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as shopping can)

Maria Sanchez has been absolutely excellent. I am currently doing a huge patio of 100 metres sq - so it is important to get the right tile and the right colour. Maria could not have done more to help me. She is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable; helping me find the right solution for my budget. I would not hesitate to recommend her expertise. Her pleasant disposition and friendly manner helped win her the sale of the tiles.

Really happy with our experience at Porcelanosa! We went in with a rough idea of what we wanted for our bathroom and Craig Prentice was brilliant at helping us refine our choices. He knew his stuff, listened to what we were after, and pointed us in exactly the right direction. No hard sell, just genuinely good advice. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Very very expensive products.
Customer service rude and not helpful
Because of a small rip in the box with unused tiles, they rejected and I lost multiple 100s.
STAY OUT.. I am going to.

My overall experience was great, Lianne was very helpful and responsive.
