Royale Stones Reviews

They went down really well and look great very pleased

Excellent customer service and superb range of high quality tiles. Would not hesitate in recommending Royale Stones.

Delivery was quick. Tiles were packaged individually and there was no breakage. Very pretty looking tiles

Quoted me for pergola which they advised was in stock sent me invoice which I paid same day. A few days later I chased delivery and was told “warehouse are scheduling it for next week” when I chased again I was told it was out of stock but they had an alternative but I needed to pay a further £600! Suitably un impressed and ended up getting a refund.

Tiles arrived in perfect condition.
Delivery was kerbside only and was not informed until the day of delivery which was not convenient as i live down a track. Luckily i had a relative that lived around the corner and managed to call the delivery company to change address.

Otherwise great service and over half the price saving than ifbid gone to Tile Mountain.

Excellent service from start to finish, I ordered 35m2 of porcelain slabs for our garden and the product was exceptional with no damages, I would happily recommend Royale Stones, great quality at affordable prices.

Good quality tiles and dimensionally very accurate, so no adjustment with grout gap. Very well packed too with no damaged tiles in the delivery.

The personnel experience with the company was good, but there was quite a bow in the tiles, that i haven’t experienced in other porcelain tiled products, which made it more difficult to lay, even using spacers to raise the level of the tiles

Prompt delivery, good quality slabs

Great communication high quality slabs delivered. Easy delivery process, reliable.

Outstanding service from ringing the shop near Orpington Kent (layborne)the lady was so helpful every detail was explained, worked out to the measurements..
Delivered in two batches from a different company but they to keep you informed
100% recommend and will use again ❤️

The whole process of purchasing our porcelain patio tiles was very easy. The website was easy to use. The tiles arrived promptly and in the timeframe given. Unfortunately one tiles in a 3 pallet order was broken but on talking to RoyalStones customer services they refunded us, with no problem, the price of the tile. I certainly would use this company again. The tiles look fantastic even the tiler doing the job was impressed with the quality.

Good quality, well packaged and delivered on time

Great company to order from, absolutely seemless service and fabulous product. Definitely buy from Royale Stones again.

Lovely slabs however there were some cracked at the bottom off the pallet and all the grout /slurry primer bags were all split open

The price was within our budget , communication was 100% , they had a large selection on offer , great company to do business with and will again . 10/10 no problem .

The quality of the furniture was okay but the worktops look and feel cheap. Same with tiles; more brown than gold but are solid and deliver was fine despite a few breakages (no refund offered despite mentioning ). Okay is my feedback but disappointed in general. Units are solid, recommend seeing in person before buying; I used web and regret it now.

Excellent services from start to end.

Ordered 4 loads of slabs for our patio , waited 4 weeks to receive them for them to turn up and be the complete wrong colour , had to email to and from with the company for someone to collect them and arrange for the correct ones to be sent , only to then find out they were not in stock so had to wait even longer . We then were told the minimum order had Been changed to 5 for insurance reasons so then had to spend more money that we didn’t need to spend for more slabs that have gone to waste due to not being able to return ! Was awful service from start to finish

Good product. Good price Excellent service
