Interaction with company in terms of information and response was good.
Local delivery was good and guy was friendly and helpful.
Quality of paving stones was good and reasonable priced. However, one was broken and another two of the pavs were broken at the corner.

Excellent customer service with very competitive price

Excellent tiles! The Viola Calacatta tiles are absolutely beautiful, giving a luxurious and elegant look at an affordable price. They are easy to install, and the finished result looks fantastic. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. Highly recommended!

Bad experience

Complete joke of a company! Ordered around 60 slabs, of which over 20 were damaged, had 10 replacements sent out, of which 5 were damaged, got told that the damaged ones are usable and they won’t replace anymore without me having to package them up for collection and then wait until they are checked to get a replacement or refund sent. Has ended up costing me money in staff wages and delayed a job by over a week. When asking 6 times to speak to a manager I just got ignored. Do not use this company!!
The reply below from the company is completely wrong, I’ve sent all images as requested of all 13 slabs, also the 8 from the initial complaint of damages, so yes thats 21 in total, your maths is about as good as your products and customer care. All replies from emails were basically generic, no one was actually reading what I put in them, if they were then this would have been dealt with much sooner. Got told today, from a manager, that if I took the review down that I’d get a full refund, talk about paying me to keep quiet… well I’ll be leaving this review up to warn others of how poor the customer service really is from this so called ‘company’

The company does it's best to not solve your issue unless you post a negative review or threat of posting one after an issue.

We bought outdoor tiles from them and had major issues with delivery, damages, poor communication and replacements.

Once we posted a negative review from my partners account, all of a sudden they started to contact us and were very prompt with resolving problems. But earlier they were non-existent. They did ask my partner to remove the negative review in exchange as " it hurts their business " and she did but I find this behavior very unprofessional and manipulative and the company does deserve a negative review because our experience suggests the company is not professional. Other 1 Star reviews suggest the same..

We will recommend not to buy from here and if you do then post a negative first if you have any issue and then this company will contact you first and promptly resolve it otherwise you will end up calling them for days and waiting for their template email responses.

We also suggest if Trustpilot can enable sharing images on this platform, so other customers can see the exchanges and full transparency is maintained.

We cannot thank Sam enough for the outstanding service he has provided. From start to finish, our experience with Royale Stones has been excellent. We ordered three pallets of porcelain tiles, which were delivered on time, and the tiles themselves are absolutely stunning!

Unfortunately, we needed to return one untouched pallet, and Sam was an absolute star. He dealt with our request quickly, efficiently and professionally, sorting everything out in around an hour. His kindness, understanding and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward.

Sam is a real asset to Royale Stones! Employees like him make all the difference, and his excellent customer service deserves to be recognised.

Very prompt delivery from order to receiving. 20 porcelain tiles ordered 1 arrived broken emailed after sales with photo evidence and they were very quick to respond to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend

We had a few minor issues with the delivery, mainly due to access at our property. The tiles are delivered on pallets on the back of a large truck and lowered to the ground using a tail lift. A pump truck is then needed to move the pallets off the tail lift, which requires a firm, solid surface to operate safely. This is completely understandable, but it’s worth bearing in mind if you have a tricky or restricted delivery location.

My advice would be to explain your access situation to the after-sales team before delivery and, if possible, send them a photo so they can assess the location and advise on the best way forward.

Aside from the initial delivery hiccup, the buying process was straight-forward and the tiles are amazing! A big thank you to Royal Stones for arranging the redelivery and helping get everything sorted. Much appreciated!

Really beautiful tiles, and great customer experience when I had issues with broken tiles on delivery

Frustrating experience. It is a olympic sport level challenge to get through their aftersales and even more difficult to reach a timely solution.

It almost feels like being punished for being a customer. Will recommend check their 1 Star reviews before making any purchase. We would have continued with more orders if things went smoothly but will look elsewhere now.
