My company works with Royalestones nearly everyday with their outdoor tile range. The customer service is absolutely amazing constantly in contact to make sure we have the best service possible. The products speak for themselves. We install royalestones products in every single one of our garden makeovers. Affordable, reliable and smooth service. I would highly recommend this company for all of your landscaping products, but they also do an amazing interior range of tiles too. Wouldn’t look anywhere else! 5 stars!

Unprofessional & Unethical. Absolutely, shocking experience. Products are okay but the operations and services are terrible. Don't want to write more and waste more time than what's already wasted dealing with this company.

Terrible company
Terrible company, horrible service.
The company is full of pathological liars and habitual deflectors. The staff hardly responses back or give you updates proactively. You have to keep reaching out to them and they make false promises just to stall you.
Delivery was terrible, delayed and unprofessional. They say they use 3rd party service, but that's their problem and not customer's fault.
Tiles arrives broken and the aftersales was even slower than their delivery partner. They maybe use a 3rd party aftersales team? Who the hell cares.
All in all stupid company. My partner bought the tiles and this has to be the worse decision ever we have made.

When these happen, our transport partners experience delays, and we pass those updates straight to you. We have zero incentive to stall or play games; that would just be bad business.
>> Over 97% of our 200+ daily heavy shipments arrive right on schedule. For the small fraction that hit an unexpected roadbump, we actively keep customers informed—which is precisely why we always advise ordering a bit early when planning big projects.

The worse experience I have ever had…
The worse experience I have ever had buying anything ever.
A.) These guys will offer you discounts to leave a good review before you even place the order or it is delivered.
B.) The aftersales service only improves after you threaten to leave a negative review or if you have left a negative review. Otherwise, they do not care at all.
C.) The communication disappears once they have your money.
D.) The aftersales team, doesn't solve anything over the phone but asks you to send a email and the replies on emails are very slow and mostly out of their own official working hours. So, you wait the entire day for their reply and they reply after their working hours and now you have to atleast wait until the next day to get another reply and even that comes after their working hours.
E.) No point in buying from here.

Disgusting service purchased 2 pallets…
Disgusting service purchased 2 pallets of outdoor porcelain tiles when arrived the pallets fell off the delivery wagon onto a public carpark I immediately informed royal tiles it took me numouous phone calls to royalstones aftersales chap was terrible I asked for refund or 2 more pallets to be delivered so I could finish a large landscaping job not to mention the tiles were even the wrong ones in the beginning but after a week no show and old ones in public car park still thier all smashed up neighbours were complaining council were hitting me with obstructing public highway customer wasnt happy no refund was going to be issued until they picked the 2 smashed pallets up another week went by and many more phone calls to a waste of space aftersales bloke who just kept saying when we collect the wrong broken tiles then you will get a refund had my money for nearly 3 weeks by this time I had to buy new tiles again to try keep customer happy but neighbours were not happy with thier car park obstructing spaces council harassing the customer over the tiles blocking public highway I could go on and on I. Did eventually get my money back but it cost me so much more had tradesmen cancelled twice still had to pay them let’s just say whoever buys off this company be very aware if anything goes wrong like wrong order comes or problem with delivery your going to get a big headache can’t stress enough what a unhelpful after service this company is be warned I have not wrote this to get back at the company royal stones but to say this happening to anybody else regards c Henderson

The order I placed with Royale Stones was delivered very swiftly. Tiles are beautiful and very good value for money.
The one thing that stood out more than anything was their aftercare. I needed to order more tiles so I reached out to them. They made sure that they ordered the right variation so they matched the batch I originally received and placed the order for me, and again this was delivered very quickly so the job was not held up. Sam, the customer service assistant couldn’t have been more helpful so thank you very much! Will definitely use Royale Stones again.
