Dealing with Royale Stones proved a rewarding experience. Both Manish and Aman were a pleasure to deal with. Any issues were resolved efficiently always with the customer's satisfaction at the forefront.
Recognition must also go to Caledonian Logistics whose driver's went above and beyond expectations on both occasions delivering to our property.

I have to say, my experience with Royal Stone has been absolutely amazing! Paul was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, from start to finish.
I ordered porcelain tiles, and they were exactly what I wanted. I was also sent samples free of charge, which arrived very quickly.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured into buying anything or criticised for my choices. Paul was patient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. The website was also very clear, straightforward and easy to navigate, making the whole process even easier.
Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent customer service. I’m really pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend Royal Stone to others!

Great customer service
I visited Royale Stones on 2nd Oct 2026 and received some really great customer service. The lady helped me find tiles suitable for my kitchen and utility, along with a few options I wouldn't have considered should she not have shown me. She wasn't pushy or sales like which I really appreciated. I ended up buying the tiles she suggested (i.e. those that I wouldn't have thought of!)- thank you

Easy ordering and delivery process
Easy ordering and delivery process, plus great customer service from Trina ( I think that was her name!). The delivery driver was also super helpful, both times, as I decided to extend my patio as I loved the Roca grey porcelain paving slabs so much so ordered some more! Very competitive price too. I would use this company again without hesitation. Aman reminded me to leave a review as I had forgotten, more than happy to do so!

I ordered three crates of 900x600 porcelain for our garden project. The price was extremely competitive and delivery very prompt, and a very helpful driver put the pallets exactly where i wanted them up our drive.
Packaging of the product is excellent with no breakages in 66 sq. mtrs.

Terrible-quality sink | arrived broken
Terrible-quality sink. It arrived completely smashed, although unfortunately we didn’t discover this within the 30-day return window as our house was under renovation and the builders had left it boxed until they were ready to install it.
When they finally opened the box, the sink was completely smashed. I contacted the company to explain the situation and tried to resolve it with them, but they refused to help. Their final response was to tell me to seek legal advice.
Really disappointing product quality and even worse customer service.

Regarding the damaged sink, under consumer law and standard transit policies, any damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be verified as transit damage. Because this was reported after the 30-day window, it is impossible to hold our delivery partner responsible, as there is no way to confirm when or how the damage occurred.
Our team always tries to assist as best as possible within company policies. However, when a situation falls outside these terms, we must provide guidance based on our legal and policy boundaries.

Great service for 30sqm of kandala grey…
I ordered 30sqm of kandala grey porcelain plus grout and slurry. The service from Aman via WhatsApp was good very helpful. The tiles were delivered at 9am onthe day specified, by only very minor gripe is that the consumables came separately and many days earlier than the specified delivery date, when nobody was home, which wasn't mentioned when ordering.
The tiles are good quality and look great now I've laid them!

Great service and no quarrel on damaged tiles
Ordered some tiles and they came on time however when unpacked there were some damaged tiles and when I contacted Royale Stones they couldn't of been more helpful in arraging a partial refund.
Would definitely recommend and use again!

Dreadful!! The panels we ordered arrived completely damaged, and after calling they said someone would be in contact, this has now been 4 weeks and still nobody has been in contact and so we had to get a reputable company to supply us with panels! DO NOT USE!!
