PORCELANOSA Reviews

Our first time at porcelanosa and Rachel camilleri was extremely helpful and friendly. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend.

Good experience - Rachel Camilleri at Croydon store was patient and helpful and took the time to explain all the options well. Was willing to work out ways to get stock sooner.

Nous avons été très bien conseillé pour choisir le carrelage de notre cuisine. Le projet n'était pas évident car c'était de la rénovation.
Merci à Camille pour l'accueil et ses précieux conseils.

Rachel, the lady that saw us today was so very helpful. Not pushy but very knowledgeable and really nice. Would defo come back to her when ordering.

What an amazing experience and service received from Abby Mathews in Glasgow branch she could not have been more helpful with the purchase of our new bathroom.
From the moment we walked through the door the whole experience was absolutely brilliant from Abby if she could be cloned Porcelanosa sales would go through the roof what a valuable asset to an organisation.
Everything was dealt with very professionally from start to finish.
And to top it all we were met with a lovely smile at every visit not something you get these days when purchasing anything.
So a massive thank you Abby don’t change anything you are doing as your doing it brilliantly.
Wishing you all the best for your future in Porcelanosa you’ll go to the top.

Je remercie Julie pour les conseils apportés. De nombreux modèles disponibles pour toutes les pièces.

James Ferguson at Porcelanosa Edinburgh has been very helpful, going out of his way to help and always responding professionally and promptly. Excellent service. Thank you

Rachel was super pleasant, excellent customer service and dealt with us with a genuine smile.

Beautiful vanity and tiles too!

I had never dealt with Porcelanosa before but was extremely impressed by the quality and level of service.
Manish dealt with my order in a very attentive, professional manner.
Top marks excellent service.

Very helpful and look forward to proceed with this company.
Rachel Camilleri helped me with everything.
Thanks 😊

Just finalised our order with Spencer at the Wandsworth Bridge store.
Great showroom and Spencer was very helpful and patient throughout.

Kate was absolutely fab at the Croydon branch. She helped me so swiftly over the phone in trying to locate a box of floor tiles for an urgent Reno at my home! Kate was lovely and I am so grateful to her for helping me out!

Absolute shocking service. No reply on emails. Have to phone to chase an order of an item that showed as in stock nearly a month ago. Only to be promised a call back each time and nothing. Do not shop here, given their prices you'd expect a better service.

UPDATE: Lovely sarcastic professional reply. Says it all.

Kate was super helpful... quickly able to advise me on best options and really pleasant to speak too. Order details sent less than 5min later

No comprar porcelanosa es un timo.

We dealt with Liane Veiga, she was very efficient, understood our needs, was very helpful and sent out a quote for tiles very quickly

Excellent customer service provided by Gloria (Croydon branch)! She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. To top it off, she gave us a much-needed info on a great promo. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Keep up the great work Gloria. Well done!
