PORCELANOSA Reviews

Kate was absolutely fab at the Croydon branch. She helped me so swiftly over the phone in trying to locate a box of floor tiles for an urgent Reno at my home! Kate was lovely and I am so grateful to her for helping me out!

Absolute shocking service. No reply on emails. Have to phone to chase an order of an item that showed as in stock nearly a month ago. Only to be promised a call back each time and nothing. Do not shop here, given their prices you'd expect a better service.

UPDATE: Lovely sarcastic professional reply. Says it all.

Kate was super helpful... quickly able to advise me on best options and really pleasant to speak too. Order details sent less than 5min later

No comprar porcelanosa es un timo.

Great customer service and Emad was very engaging.

We dealt with Liane Veiga, she was very efficient, understood our needs, was very helpful and sent out a quote for tiles very quickly

Excellent customer service provided by Gloria (Croydon branch)! She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. To top it off, she gave us a much-needed info on a great promo. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Keep up the great work Gloria. Well done!

We had a great experience with the Porcelanosa branch in Edinburgh. James Ferguson was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout, and was always quick to respond to any queries we had.

We were also very pleased with the delivery, which went smoothly with no issues at all. Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish. We would highly recommend James and the Porcelanosa Edinburgh team.

James Ferguson in your Newbridge shop really helped resolve an issue I had yesterday. He was very efficient and quick to help me and done it all very professionally. He was very polite. Thank you James for sorting my order out and resolving the issue quickly with great communication. It is greatly appreciated.

Avoid Porcelanosa products. They often look good, but quality and design are major issues. We bought a home outfitted with all Porcelanosa (5yrs old~). Toilets, sinks, and fawcets all have problems. Engineering is done so you can only replace with Porcelanosa parts at excessively inflated prices. You'll love it initially, and then kick yourself in a few years when everything starts to break down. Avoid it. There are too many better quality and better engineered brands to choose from.

Great response from James

Excellent service from James Ferguson. Dealt with our enquiry and order very efficiently.👏

I was looking for tiles I needed for my DIY work. I called sales office first to check if stock is available. The staff is very kind and helpful. Quick response time. Thanks Davied for providing top customer service.

Thank you so much to Renata Asauskaite at the Edinburgh showroom for her fantastic help. When our house builder failed to provide splash back tiles, Renata arranged three large tiles for us free of charge and had them ready for collection within just a couple of days. Her generosity and speed made such a difference, and we can’t thank her enough.

Great experience with Rachel at the Croydon office .
Very thorough and excellent explanations of options, designs etc.

Bons échanges avec le commercial entre notre vision, ce qu'il est possible ou pas de faire et les conseils de couleur.
