In a pack of 25 tiles, 13 had corners broken off. My tiler is now assessing whether the unbroken tiles will be sufficient.

We're sorry to hear that some of the tiles in your delivery arrived damaged. While every order is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse, ceramic tiles are fragile products and can occasionally sustain damage during transit.
We can see that you contacted our customer service team earlier today and that replacement tiles have already been arranged for you. We're pleased we were able to respond promptly and begin resolving the issue for you.
Should your tiler identify that any additional tiles are required as a result of the damage, please let us know and our team will be happy to help.

Excellent customer service from the team at TF10/Tileflair, Swindon. Both Matt and Lewis couldn't have been more helpful not only during the buying process but, also on allowing me to return unused boxes of tiles outside of their usual T's and C's. Delivery from their warehouse was punctual and fast. Would highly recommend Tileflair and the team at TF10/Swindon. Will definitely use again in the future.

We're sorry to hear that the sample wasn't what you were expecting. Our free cut tile samples are supplied at approximately 100x100mm and are intended to help customers assess the colour, finish and overall suitability of a tile in their home before placing an order.
As many of our tiles are available in larger formats, supplying full-size samples free of charge would unfortunately not be practical due to product and delivery costs.
If you'd like to see the tile in its full size before making a decision, you're welcome to order an individual tile from our website or visit your local Tileflair showroom, where our team will be happy to help.

We're very sorry that your sample order has taken longer than expected to reach you. Having looked into this, one of the samples requested was held at a different Tileflair location and, unfortunately, there was a delay in transferring it to our central warehouse for dispatch.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we're currently reviewing what happened to help prevent similar delays in future. The outstanding sample is now been transferred to our warehouse, and we'll be working to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.

I visited Tileflair in Reading to look…
I visited Tileflair in Reading to look for kitchen floor tiles. I was approached by Alex who was extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Alex was extremely approachable and was great in explaining everything from the types of tiles, tile fitters recommendations, grout and adhesive options, delivery options, and samples and explained everything without being pushy. Every time we visited she was welcoming and I felt comfortable dealing with her. Delivery was exactly on time, there were a few defects on a few tiles in our delivery but this was dealt with promptly with no quibble. We are really pleased with the outcome and the whole process. I would highly recommend Tileflair and Alex in particular, she was fantastic!

I always received a warm welcome in store and found the WhatsApp communications so helpful particularly to order additional tiles. There was always help on hand to load the tiles on collection too. Excellent choice of tiles
Marcus was very helpful and friendly. We came to pick up tiles that were ordered online. Also picked up grout and Marcus gave us samples to help choose.
As it was raining we had a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for it to abate.
All in all great service.

I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognise Mateusz at Tileflair Hedge End, who provided genuinely outstanding service with a very large tile order.
I was ordering a significant quantity of 1200x1200 tiles, and Mateusz made the whole process incredibly straightforward from start to finish. He took the time to work out exactly what materials I would need, helped with quantities, matched the grout perfectly to the tiles, and made sure everything required for the job was covered.
He also went above and beyond when it came to organising and helping with the delivery. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was knowledgeable, professional, patient and extremely helpful throughout.
With an order of this size, getting everything right is important, and having someone who genuinely takes ownership and makes sure everything is properly organised makes a huge difference.
Mateusz is a real credit to Tileflair and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service he provides. It’s been a genuinely great experience dealing with him, and based on the service I’ve received, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Tileflair Hedge End again or recommend them to others.
