Very quick delivery and easy to use website.

So, I started the purchase proccess by doing a web enquiry (as I wanted some plates made that were a hybrid of their standard options, so to speak) to which I recieved a positive response and was told they could produce the plates that I wanted no problem. However, after waiting a week for the plates to arrive (the website has a big banner across the top of the page stating free next day delivery on all orders), the plates I recieved were not what I enquired about/specified that I wanted.
Granted, the quality of the plates that I recieved was very good, but that doesn't change the fact they were incorrect.
With that said, I put it down to a simple miscommunication from both parties and presumed if I contacted them it could be rectified quite easily, but how wrong I was!
The customer service I recieved was extremely unprofessional and almost flippant, insinuating that the whole thing was my fault and offered me no resolution besides me purchasing an entire new set of plates! Which, having already parted with the best part of £80 for plates that I didnt want, I found extremely unreasonable and left me very disappointed.
I appreciate that the plates are custom made, so returning them would be pointless, but given the fact that I payed a premium for a product that probably cost them no more than £20 to produce, I was extremely shocked that they didn't offer me a free replacement or a replacement "at cost" even.
All in all, the product they produce is good, but the customer service is absolutely shocking and therefore it's not somewhere I would ever consider purchasing anything from again!

Plates great quality, package corners damaged which has scuffed plates corners. I’d advise use of corner protectors of some sort, postal workers not as gentle as could be…

0 stars! STAY AWAY!
Advertised on the website that the number plates would have a company name on to make the road legal. Contacted the seller and he said if I email the issue it would be fixed with no problem. Multiple emails, messages and calls later, over a period of couple of months, I have spent £130 on plates that are no use to me.

The Show plate’s description has now been added to all plates on the website. This was not displayed on the time of the purchase. No resolution was offered from the seller. In fact all calls and emails were ignored.

Honestly can’t thank the work these put in. Came so fast and when they came I was happy. I called them up at around 11:15pm to thank them lol. Definitely recommend them 100% oh and you get a cheeky little discount too.

I bought 2 number plates. 1 was excellent, as expected. The 2nd has a slight imperfection. This is only noticeable up close, however, lost a mark here. The main reason could have been due to 3 layers of the acrylic being glued on top of each other which wasn’t aligned properly. This does give the 4/5D look which is awesome.

I would use this company again as i have previously bought from them. Their prices, various styles are good along with their service and despatch timescales.

Plates came within about 4 days despite the 4 day weekend! I LOVE them! My car looks great and I used the foam stickers to attach it and (so far) feels very stuck down and secure.
