Number Plates Next Day Reviews 

AVOID!!! Plates arrived NOT the next day, but four days later. Wasn’t needed at this point as I needed them the next day! No reply from them. Shocking. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Number plate arrived with no numbers!
Blank plate sent out.
I have messaged them and no response
as yet after 2 days. Will have to do chargeback.

I ordered some number plates from here before reading any reviews. After reading loads of poor reviews I must admit I was a bit worried…. HOWEVER they arrived in a couple of days and seem perfect to me. I would have no problem recommending this company for ordering your number plates from.

After sending supporting documents I received my plate with a couple of days, so no problem there and received good communication about the delivery. Only a couple of cons the main one being the number plate is only covered in a grey plastic cover in transit unlike others who use a card type envelope. Mine wasn’t damaged but rough transit handing I imagine might. Also the edges of the plate were quite sharp so I used a bit of sand paper to lightly smooth the edges.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I am over the moon with how mine came out.
I contacted to team via email because my address was different when I had my private plate and they got back to me straight away. Then a couple of days later it arrived in the post.

KEEP AWAY, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, STILL NOT RECEIVED NUMBER PLATE. THEY DONT CARE. GO TO HALFORDS OR SIMILAR

Ordered on Friday, Wednesday still not delivered.

Ordered number plates, firstly the order didn’t arrive next day!
Having clicked on front and rear plates I then clicked the larger size for the rear plate, I inadvertently removed the order for the front plate! There is no mock up of your order on the website, it’s not clear when confirming your order - order simply states ‘standard 2D number plates’ - I only received the rear plate! This was expensive for what I received. Customer service were unhelpful! Honestly there are far better companies out there.

Don’t order from here, I trusted this company and ordered a front plate from here 4 years ago, I bought it as a LEGAL road plate, it has all the codes and markings on it that it should… I was pulled over today and it turns out I have been driving around for 4 years with an illegal number plate that has the ghost reflective on one of the letters and I was completely unaware, they have cost me a lot of stress and anxiety as well as potential points and a fine. Can’t believe they can get away with this! Even if it is 4 years ago, how many other customers orders have they messed up in this time. Please be careful and maybe get your ‘legal’ plates checked if you can! I have tried getting in contact but I have just been told that they have changed ‘ownership’ they won’t take any responsibility for it. At the end of the day it still says their name on an illegal number plate 🤷‍♀️

Avoid, ordered new plates. My R was all stained with white paint!!!! Wouldn’t wash off. Also paid for a screw kit so it was simple to put the plate on it never arrived. Trying to contact them is impossible. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

I dont know why they call them selfs Number Plates Next Day as I order on plates Friday 4th and I still have not received them on Tuesday 8th. Terrible service I will never order from this company again.

Been waiting a week on my plates, no update on the delivery, no replies to my emails or messages on Facebook. Absolute joke and ironic name

DO NOT BUY, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT NO PRODUCT AND NO CONTACT. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Everything went as expected, plates are of good quality and cannot complain at all. Was a bit sceptical having read some of the past reviews but all went well and I'd definitely use them again.

They don’t reply to emails! They send out number plates without confirming you’re the owner of the car which is scary considering someone could order any number plate and commit a crime with it! Email you saying “we won’t send out until you’ve sent v5” and then send out same day when you’ve not given it. Then when you email them they just ignore - refund policy is a joke they have one but it applies to nobody

Would recommend.. I’ve brought plates from here in the past with no issues. There was address problems on my last order. They sorted it out for me with no extra cost. Excellent service

I don’t understand all the negative reviews at all! Ordered the plates Friday night and they arrived by Tuesday which is great in my opinion considering I had to send over proof of documentation for them to look over first.
I had a slight issue with my order after receiving it, I emailed them that evening and they came back to me the next morning. They resolved it really quickly and efficiently, very politely. Great service from the team and quick delivery, I would order from them again.

I bought some gel plates and they became faulty. I sent them pictures today 24th August and they responded saying they would replace them. Then radio silence. Obviously this company deserves the 2.6 Poor rating on trustpilot. I have tried reaching out on a number of emails and another website query. There customer service is awful and I have no confidence they are going to replace their faulty items. Don't use. BUYER BEWARE

Sent me BLANK number plates, i reached out to them VIA email as soon as they were delivered and was told the original order / the actual plates i ordered will be sent out to me ASAP and a week later i still have no tracking information (clearly not next day number plates) ive contacted them via email multiple times since and been given generic responses and no real information and been told they have been sent and to wait for royal mail confirmation in my emails- they havent been sent 😂 ive now had to ask my bank for a back charge (which i told the seller and gave them at least 24hrs to respond/remediate or something) seriously bad customer service and been an absolute headache to deal with this week. I get the impression they are ok for normal generic number plates as they turnt up the next day with no issue whatsoever however the 4D gel set i ordered seen to be a big issue
