Number Plates Next Day Reviews 

Dreadful service. Ordered on the 3rd of August 2026 and still not received. No communication and very upset by this. Would not recommend to anyone based on my experience. It is unacceptable.

Ordered my plates at 10am on Tuesday and received them the following day at about 2pm. So yes, I got next day delivery and the quality of the plates are outstanding! Communication was also great. Would highly recommend!!

So order the plates Sunday maybe Saturday got them Tuesday wasn't in a rush so why should I care i contacted them on WhatsApp saying I accidentally put the wrong post code changed it cant thank them enough the plates look amazing now my mrs wants plates from them so will order again thank you so much

TOTAL SCAM. Ordered a plate 29/07/2026. Sadly did not see bad reviews and was too late. Have not received order to date. A follow up email was sent apologising for the delay. But communication was cut after that. Update: police report done.
Update: 6/8/26 no delivery to date
Update: 11/08/26 received the plate 2 weeks after putting the order. Change your company name to numberplates in 11 days.

Really good website, easy to use and nice how it shows you what your number plates will look like. Brian’s communication via email confirming dispatch and being sent to mail company. Only problem was delivery was 2 days late however that was royal mails fault for taking ages to schedule a delivery time. Would highly recommend this company and definitely would use again

Ordered standard plates, no frills. Great price. Plates arrived 3 days after ordering. Good quality. Happy with that.

Genuinely confused about all the bad reviews this place has, I’ve ordered plates from here for both myself and family members and have truly had the best experience. The quality of the plates are amazing, responses and shipping was rapid and 10/10 customer service. Would 110% recommend to anyone🙌🏼 thank you again!

The lettering is coming off tried to resolve this over email and customer service is very poor I was waiting 2 months for a response I have replied back, and now I'm waiting longer hopefully I don't have to wait another 2 months.

EDITED: Got told to contact them to get it resolved and so far for two weeks no one has replied, THIS IS A SCAM

After seeing the reviews I was worried about the order but everything was brilliant.

Ordered in the evening of Sunday supplied the docs by email and the plates were made Monday and shipped Monday. Arrived today (Tuesday). Good quality can’t complain.

Plates ordered on Friday needing a quick turnaround. They arrived via Royal Mail 24 on Saturday. You must check follow up email to supply confirmation of ownership, which is simple enough. Service was excellent. Most reviews are negative due to delays. I think a lot of this is outside of Number Plates Next Day (more on Royal Mail). Cant fault them.

Ordered before 2pm deadline for 24hour tracked delivery(only option available)I emailed in the morning and then again in the afternoon for updates, with no response. I was provided a tracking number but Royal Mail did not receive the parcel until over 30 hours had passed.

I ordered two number plates from this site after looking for a more affordable alternative to Halfords, who wanted £36. They were offering a 25% discount in July, which brought my total to £23.49. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews before purchasing, but the low price convinced me.Immediately after ordering, I received a confirmation email stating I needed to send proof of ownership to a separate email address. I did this straight away and expected delivery by Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived and the plates still hadn't been dispatched, I checked their online reviews and noticed a worrying pattern: many customers complained about missed next-day delivery promises and a complete lack of customer service.I emailed them late Tuesday night to check on my order. To be fair, I did receive a reply late Wednesday evening stating they would arrive on Thursday. The parcel did arrive on Thursday, but the packaging was terrible. The plates were simply wrapped in a grey mailing bag with absolutely no protective padding, resulting in all the corners being scuffed.To my complete surprise, when I opened the bag, there were actually two sets of plates inside—mine and a completely different customer's. This mistake just clarifies that this company’s operations are all over the place.As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you use them, do not expect next-day delivery, do not expect your goods to arrive in good condition, and definitely double-check exactly what you receive.

Ordered plates, the rear one was damaged when it arrived. Emailed and messaged via social media and all channels ignored!

Reported to trading standards!!! STAY AWAY

Plates received did not match plates ordered (999 was printed as 666 so completely unusable). Contact attempted via website, email & social media - all ignored. Take a look at comments to their social media, this lack of service is a common problem of theirs.

Terrible service. Had numberplates delivered from this company. The were damaged . Both plates damaged. Looks like either damaged in transit or a manufacturing fault.
Messaged the company clear photos of the damage, but for some reason they want a handful of photos when they’ve been sent multiple clear images of the plates. They obviously try to get out of it probably knowing they were damaged when they’ve sent them, a lesson learned for me. Never use this company again and look at trust pilot reviews before using a company for number plates. Beware DO NOT USE THESE FOR NUMBERPLATES IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG THEY WONT DEAL WITH YOU JUST KEEP ASKING FOR PICTURES

Initially, I wrote a very Negative Review….
Why - Because what arrived was a ‘Sub-Standard’ Registration Plate - it contained a Bubble under one of the Letters.
Upset by this, I wrote to them and explained the issue - admittedly, i had to write to them 3 times.
BUT, eventually they DID RESPOND & Fully took onboard what my issue was.
& in fairness…. they accepted my situation and they offered to REPLACE THE PLATE - WHICH THEY DID!
and the Replacement Plate was SPOT ON & PERFECT.

IT IS ALWAYS ‘EASY’ TO MOAN & COMPLAIN - In this day & age, WE LOVE TO MOAN & COMPLAIN & ALWAYS EXPECT ‘PERFECTION’..
But in Truth - That is just what I initially did.
BUT to their Credit ‘Number Plates Next Day’ DID RESOLVE THIS - & throughout they were VERY POLITE & UNDERSTANDING & HELPFUL.
For that, I would Recommend them in the Future & WILL use them again - with the understanding that ‘they are Human’ - they ‘may’ make mistakes, but they take them onboard and try their best to resolve them.
