Before starting my business I had to shop around for packaging materials. I reached out to probably well over 25 different companies for quotes. With some I continued staying in touch for quite some time until I came across Custom Packaging Lane. When I started dealing with Custom Packaging Lane and their representative Sean (who set the bar really high as for how I, as a customer, should be treated) I quickly realized the other companies only cared for sealing the deal as fast as they could to get my money and so I cut the ties with them, forwarded all my projects to Custom Packaging Lane and couldn’t be happier since. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful, from their packaging expert Sean who is my direct contact within the company to their production manager. Their level of patience is unmatched, which is highly important for someone like me who is very picky when it comes to quality of the final product. Needless to say I am beyond pleased with everything they have to offer: starting from their customer service, quotes and ending with the products they create based on my designs. I can’t recommend Custom Packaging Lane enough!

Kevin has been awesome to work with across multiple projects for our team. He turns around artwork and mockups incredibly fast, and he’s even helped redesign our dielines to keep things moving efficiently during pack-outs.

Custom Packaging Lane is awesome to work with! First and foremost I like the fact the boxes are not made in China. The staff was not only helpful but very flexible with changes. Our boxes to our specs and correct. The pricing was at a good price and not to hard, on our bottom line.

As a small business Sam, is the only only person and company we wish to work with.

They have continued to call me multiple times a year despite multiple requests to take me off their calling lists. I have not had a business requiring packaging needs for years, and they have continued to harass me with no regard for the request.

At some point you're forced to take more action when they continue to disregard your requests. I rate this business a 1 out of 5.

Custom Packaging Lane made making custom packing for my small business easy and fast. Max Leed helped me throughout the process- He was professional, super communicative, and very helpful with sizing, scheduling, pricing, and material/finish choices for my mailers and tuck boxes. They came on time, and looked even better than I imagined they would. I will continue to use them in the future as I grow.
