I appreciated the prompt and timely response to my inquiries. Other companies would take to long to get back. Also, the helpfulness to create the package itself was great. Steven worked with me every step of the way and didn't blow off any needs I had.

I wanted a professional looking box for a new product launch and they did not disappoint! They worked with me and were very patient and attentive during the design process. Once it went to print they kept me up to date on the process. When I received the boxes the material was highly durable and the gloss brought it to the next level. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

I ordered cosmetic boxes for a product I'm launching. The quality was great-- I ordered 18pt cardstock, RTC, Soft-touch laminate. The boxes are truly luxury quality.

The process was very simple, and my representative Daniel was great to work with. He was responsive to my emails in a timely manner and answered any questions I had.

We had a horrible experience with Refine Packaging. We used them the first time in 2023. As suggested on their website, they offer help with the graphic design of product packaging. I had high hopes since their website showed good reviews. I had 4 varieties of the same product with different flavors that needed to be printed. When I received the printed boxes I noticed that their graphic designer had copied and pasted the same ingredients from one of the products to all of the other ones. I was surprised that they will make such a mistake. When I reached out about this issue, the only solution was that they will print ingredient stickers to cover up the problem, but I will still have to pay for them. I tried to give them another chance in 2025. Unfortunately, I was again frustrated. When I received my boxes this time, the color was way darker than the design. Again, I'm not sure how this could have happened, since this time I sent them my own designs with a specific shade. In this case again, the solution was to pay 60% of the price to get the boxes reprinted. THEY NEVER HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE. In addition, it seems that every time there is some issue, which reflects their unprofessionalism. As a women owned small business, or any other small business for that matter, we can not afford to lose money dealing with companies like Refine Packaging.

I hope my review will help others and deter them from wasting money with this company. I suggest you look for other more reputable companies. From my research and as another reviewer stated, it seems that they work with a foreign 3rd party for their services, which make it difficult to resolve issues and get refunds.

Incredible look and feel of the boxes, excellently "translated" from my design to their die-cut and rendering, these things look so good.

I used Refine Packaging for my luxury skincare brand and they truly did deliver. Brian was fantastic to work with and was very patient with me - especially since the hardest decision for me was the look and design of my boxes. He was very thorough and made sure that I approved every detail in order for them turn out just right. I am so happy with the quality and look and I am very excited to continue business with them in the future.
