Just got my order. Honestly they smoked the competition on price, and the process of making my order was simple and human-centric, which was a HUGE advantage over the other sites' processes which felt overly complex and tough to figure out as a newbie. Instead, with Plus Printers, I was able to interface with one person (Chris, my project mgr) and he was able to answer my questions in a clear and simple way.

But as with all things, the proof is in the pudding. The finished product is gorgeous. The finish of the boxes are silky smooth and the print quality is excellent and I upgraded (for a great price) to get gold foiled accents and the truth is I'm blown away by the finished product.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their materials are very low quality and they are virtually impossible to get ahold of. I have had multiple issues and it takes so much effort to get someone to respond or answer the phone. They pretend they are in meetings and then never call back. Ron and Joe have been a nightmare to work with and I will definitely not be coming back. I would suggest avoiding at all costs. Do not fall for their pricing or empty promises on quick delivery.

Highly suggest using another company. The boxes are okay quality, usually there is a few issues. The real downside is their customer service. It is absolutely horrible. I have worked with them a few times now and everytime there is an issue they say someone is in a meeting, there is no one there to answer, so and so will call back in an hour, etc. I am constantly being pushed around and there is never a resolution or even a person I can contact about a specific issu.

The whole experience was fantastic. The sales support we received from Chris Martin was extremely helpful and professional. The price was competitive, the lead time was great, and the received quality of the boxes was superb.

The boxes I ordered came out AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about them. They were everything I wanted and more. Completely customized and perfect for the idea I had. Adam was a terrific representative! He was helpful every step of the way, asking creative questions and answering all of mine.

Chris is super attentive with customer service. Boxes always come on time and in perfect shape. We have used them for incense boxes, candle boxes, fragrance rollers and more in different sizes, shapes, and paper types.

I was impressed by the fine craftsmanship of the cards we ordered, especially since another vendor informed us the detailed design we wanted couldn’t be done. Plus Printers exceeded our expectations with the final product! They also took accountability for an error and quickly sent a corrected order before the Holidays. Communication was great throughout, and the quality of the print truly impressed my manager.

Plus Printers went above and beyond. Steven took such a personal and hands on approach to making sure this project came out succesfully. We had a tight turn around and with the holidays breathing down our back it was coming down to the wire. Steven pulled off a miracle and delivered above and beyond what was asked for and at an incredible rate. Will definitely be returning for any future project needs.

Wonderful customer service and response times! I emailed the general information email, inquiring about an In-Kind Donation for Penn State's THON. Chris Martin helped me out and was great. He replied to my emails very quickly and was very helpful regarding designs of the donations. An overall wonderful experience!

I worked with Steven who was so helpful, polite and patient with me throughout the whole design and proofing process. The product (boxes for my game company) turned out perfect!
