Really uncomfortable experience with Marcel and his team. They are not keeping their word, breaking deadlines, and have delivered a faulty product and refuse to fix it.

I would think twice before ordering from this company, they are a fraud, and we are filling legal action now.

I have used packbee multiple times to deliver packages from sites without their own delivery methods. Each and every time has been nothing but positive. Fast delivery, products always in good condition. Nothing but praise!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zack Brown over the last 4 or so years on different packaging solutions for our products. Zack has always gone above and beyond for us and we really enjoy working with him. He has been very thorough and always responds to my messages in a timely manner. We had one production turn out a little sub par due to a printing issue (ink was blotchy). He sent me photos before sending to us and he had it corrected before the boxes arrived and when they did, they were perfect. Great quality boxes and beautiful print. This experience proved to us that he’s looking out for his customers and we are looking forward to our next project with Zack.

This whole process was a scam. I was under the impression I was receiving tissue papers and I received a comedic amount of wax paper instead.

When I voiced my frustration I was ignored, and when I attempted to get access to a receipt I was also ignored.

They also charged me for customs which was never in our agreement, and will not respond as I try to contact them about it.

I had the pleasure of working with Zack. Over the last 6 months Zack and I have been working on the launch of my new product. He has treated me with the upmost respect and has been helpful in every aspect. If any of you don’t know what to do or who to ask. Go to the chat box and ask for Zack!

I contacted PackagingBee about a bespoke gift box for two of our skincare products. Steven was brilliant every step of the way. He was contactable by mobile, email and the website. He helped with every step of the process and kept me informed along the way. The turnaround from box design to delivery was very fast and we are delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend!

Honest & detailed review

I first dealt with Tom when I enquired about a quote for my packaging, he was attentive and very helpful. I then dealt with Joshua for my order who helped me design my packaging, answered all of my questions, ensured I understood the pricing and the packaging options and even recommended the embossed printing for my logo which really elevated my packaging.

I received my packaging samples and was stunned by the quality, it honestly was perfect and the attention to detail was effortless. Josh worked with me on the artwork through multiple zoom sessions, I am quite a picky customer and he demonstrated patience and understanding when it came to finalise my choices.

Josh helped me decide on the card stock (which by the way at first I was skeptical to order the sample pack, so he sent it to me anyway and told me to pay for it when I received it!!). It was clear to me this place is NOT a scam, which nowadays unfortunately, we automatically think.

Josh was open and honest with me and told me he works overseas and that their head office is in Australia, the UK and the US. He was helpful throughout the whole process and to be honest showed the best customer service I’ve ever come across.

Thank you for bringing my vision to life and for elevating my branding for my business. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Service was great - very prompt. Quality of the mailing boxes was amazing as well. Joshua was great to deal with, and we couldn't be more happy.

We recently worked with Packaging Bee on bottle neck collars and cap stickers, and they were absolutely fantastic. We had a really tight turnaround, but they managed to deliver quickly without compromising on quality. The print quality was great and the pricing very fair.

What really impressed us was that they created a custom fit for our bottle - something we thought we’d have no time for and would need to settle for off-the-shelf. To have a bespoke solution delivered so quickly was brilliant!

A special mention to Alanna, who has been an amazing throughout, so helpful, going above and beyond at every stage. We’ll definitely be working with Packaging Bee again in the future.

These cone jackets are great quality and the customer service is just amazing. We will choose them over and over again!

What a scam. Lost 1000 euro. Don’t deal with them. They have a company in Pakistan and turkey.
They don’t exist when you complain.
I nearly sent them 10,000 euro. And got two samples in the wrong size. And then they disappeared.
Unbelievable they are operating in uk and Europe.

SCAM!! DO NOT USE!!

Scam. I paid £150 for samples that were not at all what I ordered and were cheap and nasty. I have not been able to get a refund so will be going through the small claims court. Terrible service. Avoid. I consider this to be a scam.

This was an absolutely amazing experience with the Packaging Bee team. We would like to thank Jennifer specifically for helping us create the MOST beautiful tuck boxes. Our team would sent countless emails going back and forth on particular details and this would always be done without fail, the customer service is UNMATCHED like any other.
