After searching all over the internet and my local city with absolutely no luck, I finally stumbled upon Custom Patch Factory. They promised a speedy delivery and completely knocked it out of the park. Fantastic experience! And now I look like the hero among my colleagues!

Product was received as ordered. I received the order quicker than expected. No issues. Happy with my order!

I submitted an order for embroidered patches. I did this online with no human contact. I was skeptical at first but did it anyway. I found a picture of something I made with Microsoft pilot. I submitted it after following prompts to order the 3 in round patch. I sat back waiting for the chaos to start. 2 hrs. later I received an email, saying they were making an example of what I sent in. By the way that cost 20 bucks for the picture, of what they would make as final product. Within 1 hr. picture came in, I wanted to change color on background of patch. On the bottom of the email proof page, is a button to change anything I want. I hit the button saying that I wanted color changed to background. 10 minutes later proof comes back with exactly what I wanted. I approved the proof and 5 days later received the patch as ordered; I am now a happy customer.

What a pleasant experience, worked out so fast and efficient.
