Every picture tells a story. Every story deserves a frame. But anyone who's ever looked into custom framing knows it's not cheap. There's a reason too. Custom picture frames are handcrafted by frame experts to provide a professional finish to your pictures, art prints, and keepsakes. You're paying for the craftsmanship. However, Anthony Fontana knew there was a better way. As the website continues to grow, the team is still dedicated to one thing: providing high-quality custom framing services that are professional but affordable.

I bought several frames from Custom Picture Frames. They were easy to use and look very nice. Except for one tiny hiccup they arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged.

Overall, very pleased.
The frames look great and fit my art perfectly. It's a little hard to determine exactly what the color and finish will look like from an online photo and description, but that's the nature of online shopping. So although they didn't look exactly as I expected, they are nonetheless very nice. I like the lightweight backing and the option of non-glare acrylic. Easy ordering process and reasonable pricing.

We appreciate the feedback, Regan. We do send out a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information for your package. Sometimes it does end up in Junk/Spam folders but I'll definitely have our team look into this matter to make sure our confirmation emails are being received! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Was grateful that Custom Picture Frame sent me another frame since the first one was not the correct size. Unfortunately, the replacement they sent me was not the dimension I sent in.

Probably wouldn’t recommend this company at all. The frames are so expensive and terrible quality. First came broken and the second is so flimsy that it caves out on my wall.

Thank you for your feedback, Silina. We're sorry to hear that the frames you received. It's doesn't sound like they are up to our standard. Even though we engineered our boxes to minimize damage in transit, things happen outside our control. However, our team is always here to replace or refund when they do! We're looking into the matter of your other frame though to see what happened with that construction. We'll be in touch!
