Custom Picture Frames Reviews

Fedex manhandled my frame and it arrived broken. Custom Picture Frames immediately issued a replacement at no extra cost and without demanding a return of the broken merchandise (which would have been expensive).
Absolutely top-notch customer service and the craftsmanship is excellent. Thank you!!

I received my frame in a timely manner and the like my picture frames

My first order and I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend. Needed to shadow box an irregularly shaped 2D artwork for an exhibit and it was awesome to be able to select the exact dimensions to best fit the work. The frame arrived in great shape and looks professional and of good quality. I was also amazed by how quickly it arrived.

The frames did not match up in the corners. The frames also needed additional support to keep them square. Whoever assembled them did not know what they were doing. Shoddy workmanship.

There was an issue after I placed my order with the requested frame moulding being out of stock, but the representative handling the order quickly reached out to inform me and was very communicative about the situation; she handled it of her own accord. Very appreciative of the good service and happy with the product.

Amazing customer service. I made a mistake on my part on the mat on my frame and they shipped the correct one right away free of charge

Frames were packed so well for shipping and absolutely beautiful! Wonderful frames for such a great price!! The acrylic came with double lined protectant film and love the non-glare option! Turned out amazing! Will definitely order again from here.

Super great for a weird size and big! Took a while to get here, but wasn’t in a hurry :)

Brought a poster back from Europe and had to get special sizing to frame it. Very easy to order online, delivery took only a week for a odd sized frame. Came in a sturdy package, easy to put together and mount. Thanks for the seamless purchase!

Our order came broken but after sending pictures to customer service they immediately replaced the broken frame, really responsive customer service and quick product replacement. Very happy with my order 👍🏻

I’ve ordered several times from this company and have nothing but good things to say about them. Their custom frames are beyond affordable and look really good especially considering their price. I can’t speak for how they will hold up long term but so far I’m very impressed with the custom frames and this company!

Beautifully presented and exactly what I envisioned.

My frame was not quite right when I received it even after I had called before ordering to confirm instructions. I called after receiving it and it was immediately fixed and I was sent a new frame at no charge and it looks great!

We ordered from Customer Picture Frames once and then ordered the same items in more quantities the second time. For our second order, we weren't notified of our order being canceled by the sender and only found out when we checked the status of the tracking number given to us. We didn't receive the frames in time. Disappointed.

The custom picture frame I had made was perfect

Poor quality. Avoid buying

So easy to order and get great quality custom framing! I’m so happy with how all my artwork turned out in your beautiful frames!

So nice and extremely responsive and helpful!

Excellent produce made to measure.
Exactly what I needed that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Timely service. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.
