Custom Picture Frames Reviews

Website was easy to navigate and locate what I was looking for. Lots of frames to choose from, and the turnaround time and delivery was very quick. Frame came out great!

I found Annie of Custom Picture Frames to be very
helpful. I thought I was ordering from another company
by a similar name so I kept asking for a record of past orders and she politely looked and found no record of me. Once that was clarified I ended up placing an order but wanted an archival acid free mat. Later I ordered the mat separately and it came in good shape. Annie was very polite to me concerning the mix up.

Excellent quality and exactly as described and pictured. Love the customization options available. Very well packaged for shipping!

Very satisfied with my purchase, excellent quality. Customer service is outstanding.

So glad I found CustomPictureFrames.com to help me frame my odd-sized artwork. Customer service was very quick to respond to questions I had about turnaround time, and the frames were shipped and arrived as they estimated. Great selection of frame styles at a reasonable price, and hardware was easy to install.

This is the first time I ordered custom frames online. I had a surprisingly good experience with Custome Picture Frames. The customer support Annie always reponded promptly and gave me helpful information and suggestions. The two Mogano frames with the Frosted Gold mat for my 32"x23" Chinese brush paintings arrived yesterday, and I'm pleased with the quality of the product. Last but not least, with the 15% discount that I received, the price was quite reasonable. Cudos to the staff for a job well done!

Incredible prices on beautiful frames. I ordered 3 extremely large frames. Despite being well packaged, one was damaged in transit. And this is where Custom Picture Frames really showed me their true value. I emailed them and they shipped a replacement the same day. I'll never waste time trying to find custom size frames anywhere else!

Custom Picture Frames did an outstanding job! They were incredibly easy to deal with. I had a few questions for a unique project and they were very helpful and responsive. The customer service was top notch! The frame came out absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

No issues with our product, good packaging and look great on our wall.

Perfect frame with the correct dimensions, easy ordering process, fast turn around, great packing....will be ordering more!

I love the custom shadowbox they created! It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Perfect, the picture looks and turned out great.

Frame were packed so well for shipping. Fast delivery.

Great experience! The frame exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

I had a question and sent in to the team but went ahead and placed my order because I had a deadline coming. Not only did I receive a quick response back from this company, they exceeded their own estimated delivery date - which was much sooner than I expected! Also the quality and accuracy of product/sizing exceeded my expectations again and was wonderful quality. Great experience.

Easy to order, fast delivery, easy to use and looks great!

I was skeptical of these at first, since the price is very reasonable compared to other shops and sites, but I must say that my first impressions of these in person are very good. The matting especially is very affordable compared to others and all of mine were made correctly as I ordered them. There was one issue where the mat color I chose was not available for the two large "oversized" frames I got, but this was solved and made right by customer service. Speaking of which the customer service manager Annie is simply awesome at her job and is very kind and considerate. She most probably deserves a nice raise for how well she does her job.

Also shipping is super reasonable at only $31, at the time of my purchase, no matter how many frames you buy. This is an amazing deal, and on top of that they regularly offer discount codes.

The only small disappointment was that the hangers are not pre-installed. Just something to keep in mind that you will be having to screw in, or hammer in depending on which you chose, the hangers yourself.

If you are on the fence I say go for it! Get those poor posters or artworks you have a frame to protect and display them, I think most of you will not regret it. Just be sure to measure multiple times and make sure you have everything set up correctly. The default overlap for mats is 1/8" but you can adjust the "artwork size" to get more overlap (but it does et a bit tricky keeping all the numbers right in your head).

Good luck!

Great quality & service for exactly what I needed. The backboard was very easy to prepare for the items & its very secure to the frame. Will definitely order from them again!
