Best place to get puzzel frames or any custom frames
Frames always look better than they do in the pictures. I would recomend anyone puying to stay with standard acrylic it looks better than paying extra for the other

This time, the backboard was pushed inside a little through shipping containers to make small bump. When I mentioned it, customer support Annie responded quickly and resolved the issue.

The only place for frames!
Custom Picture Frames is the only place I turn to for frames. So many from which to choose and the prices are remarkable. (Not to mention the stunning results - wow!) The website makes it really easy: measure what you're framing within an 1/8", enter the size, see a few options and presto! It's delivered quickly!

Good service
Overall very pleased with the service, quick delivery, ease of ordering, the ability to order the exact size I needed. I like that the balsa wood is light weight. I ordered the unfinished Glynis shadow box frames as I wanted to be able to paint/stain the frames to fit the artwork. My only wish is that they offered the option of having the acrylic panel and spacers separated for ease of painting/ staining. I used painters tape to protect the acrylic, but still had to deal with trying to get tiny amounts of paint off the acrylic. For one frame I had to order another acrylic panel as I couldn’t get the metallic paint off the original one. That is my only complaint.

This is great feedback. Thank you! We don't currently get many requests for the shadow boxes to come disassembled, but we know some customers out there like this option. While we discuss internally how to offer this on our website, you can always work with customer service to place a custom order. We try to make it as quick and seamless as ordering online, but we can fulfill a request like this!

Thank you for your feedback, Richard! We're sorry you're not pleased with the non-glare acrylic. The non-glare acrylic is supposed to minimize any glare from windows or lights but sometimes after peeling off the protective film from both sides, the acrylic can get flipped around. If the visibility isn't clear, you can try opening up the frame again and flipping the acrylic. That should clear up any visibility issues. If you're still not happy with the non-glare acrylic, we will happily replace it with our standard acrylic and refund you for the difference. Please just contact us at hello@custompictureframes.com to receive the replacement acrylic.
No picture frame was delivered
I ordered a picture frame on August 7, 2023, however, today is September 2, I still have not received the frame yet. Called and left messages on the customer service but with no response. Emailed the customer service,with a few back and forth emails. It is the correct address, ring indicator that there were no deliveries on the date the tracking said has been delivered. Don't know what had happened to the delivery. Appreciate that the company said they will replace it. Still waiting for the picture frame.
