Custom Picture Frames Reviews

These guys are great. I worked with a customer service rep to make sure that my frame and mat would correctly fit my photo. The frame arrived promptly. Nice quality, great fit. Thanks!

Good quality frames, decently priced, and fast shipping. Very good experience overall.

Extremely helpful with an issue I had on an original order. Your representative was patient and thorough.

Very nice frame, arrived well packaged and promptly. Exactly what I needed

Very happy with the quality and with my monitor perfect comparison of picture and actual frame colors.
The software of the order's status needs to improved. I was notified the order "had shipped" and when checking the FedEx number finding only a label had been created. In fact there was a delay from a supplier that delayed actual shipping. Being told one thing and expecting arrival sooner than later and then finding that it will be later than sooner felt like being hung out to dry.
The matter was dealt with professionally and explained well, but that software mish mash creates needless stress when one expects to complete framing an important art piece for an important date, only to realize that the "has shipped" info is false.

I found the site easy to use and order from. They have a very good selection to choose from.

Easy, quick. Custom size is a big plus!

Purchased two frames, both were of excellent quality. Appreciate the wood construction and meticulous attention to detail.

Great quality frame, well built and packaged sturdily, arriving in perfect condition.

As an exhibiting artist, I was absolutely delighted to discover a company from whom I could purchase quality custom shadow box frames at a fraction of the price my local frame shop has been charging me. I called into Custom Picture Frames and received personalized help on the style of frame, my interior and exterior frame measurements, as well as information regarding a volume discount on the remainder of the frames I need. Thank you so much!

My framed definitely exceeded my expectations! I’ll be ordering more!

Very pleased with the product and the service was excellent. Will be ordering again in the future.

My craft pictures look great in these picture frames. Always fit perfectly.

Good quality frame, with clean tight miters and no flaws. Very happy with quality. Arrived promptly.

The customer service is great! I was looking for a picture frame and because of the advice of the representative I bought exactly what I was looking for. Great quality of the frames, and color is exactly white, not beige not off white, but white as described. It was a problem for me to find the exact color so it matches other frames in my house. Thank you for an amazing experience, will definitely get my future frames just at this site! Thank you!

I made multiple purchases from this vendor and the overall quality is good. Framing is very expensive and it is not easy to justify the money you spend when the frame costs almost as much as the art, sometimes even more. With that said, I settled on Custom Picture Frames after quite a bit of trial and error.

Also, I had given them a low rating for my prior purchase. They reached out and customer service was great. By the time we I went back to edit my rating to a better one, the link had expired. So I would like to take this opportunity to give them the credit they deserved.

Item was delivered promptly, was expertly measured and aesthetically exactly as described.

You guys reprinted the picture for me because it was a lot darker than the digital image I sent. I thought that was very nice and awesome, but sadly the second picture looked exactly the same as the first one you printed. Like nobody took the time to make it look like the digital one. So i had to give my friend a crappy looking gift that they were not super excited about

Website is very easy to use. The quality of the frame is excellent. Product was received prior to estimated time!
