I went to several window companies to see their products and costs for our home renovation project. I was very happy to come across Alen and his company at the Ideal Home Show. After seeing their product and pricing - the decision to place the order was made easy. After a few months - everything was delivered on time and as promised, with excellent support and installation completion. We then used Alen again on a different renovation, and again everything went very smoothly. Wish all our suppliers and installers were as efficient as Alen and his team. Highly recommended by us!

Excellent. The support and expert advise given before we placed an order was very professional. The quality, value for money of the wooden windows and the fitting of the windows was excellent. We have used this company on two separate occassions and have been completely satisfied.

They offer an ultra premium product with exceptional customer service. Alen and his team have just replaced all of the 40+ timber windows (150+panes) in our house. They were recommended to us by another customer and we could not be happier with the results of their work. In fact, I would be very surprised if there is another company operating in the UK which provides equivalent quality at a similar price point.

They done a wonderful job of my timber windows which needed special care and attention to fit in the barn conversion done 4 years ago in Amersham. I met Alen at the Ideal Home exhibition and he delivered on his promises. Very impressed with the work.

We used Custom Timber Windows following recommendations from other people on our street who have all used him. The windows are great and I would not hesitate in putting him in touch with anyone I know that needs wooden sash windows.

As an architect I was looking for some replacement Sash windows for my London home. I came across CTW and went with them. The product is very good and still is 10 years on ! I liked the flexibly that I was offered in terms of different inside and outside colours. I've since recommended they to friends and used them on a few of my own projects. Definitely recommended from me !

Alen provided me with a front door for my home after I visited him at an exhibition.
