I recently had my windows installed by Zippey and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The whole experience was professional, smooth, and customer-focused.

What really impressed me was that they came back afterwards and carried out touch-ups completely free of charge, which shows they genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.

A big thank you to James and his engineering team, they were friendly, professional, hardworking, and did a fantastic job. I also want to give special praise to Zene, who I dealt with over the phone and via email. Zene was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, first-class customer service, always helpful, responsive, and reassuring. I was genuinely over the moon with the support he provided.

Overall, I highly recommend Zippey Window Company. Great workmanship, excellent communication, and outstanding customer care from beginning to end.

Contacted Zippey over three weeks ago. Someone came round eventually to look at the issue and measure ahead of a pre-agreed appointment the following week. Appointment confirmed for 9am-1pm by the end of the day no-one had turned up despite me contacting them. Seems the part hadn’t arrived but no communication. Supposed to be coming today but again no confirmation or communication so let’s see what happens …

I used Zippys to attend for a repair on the window and was very pleased with the overall experience, response time and communication was good throughout and would definitely use them again.

Booked on WhatsApp after our uPVC handles stuck in the kitchen window. James arrived promptly and replaced the window hinge. Very smooth service and good communication.

Super - Zene came and provided a free detailed and honest inspection survey to assess a condensation issue on my windows. They came quickly, communication/coordination with the tenants was perfect and they told me in all honesty the best solution was not a window repair. Happy to recommend.

Zene was very knowledgeable and professional with his work. I honestly haven’t actually gone through with the repair because Zene was very honest to say that my problem (mould around the window area) could be fixed easily by myself with better ventilation in the room. I applaud his honesty! Some other place might try to rip you off but not here 👍👍👍

Zene was very helpful. WhatsApp service for Zippey Peckham is excellent. Very responsive. I had 3 door hinges replaced on an uPVC door and booking was easy via WhatsApp. Price was reasonable as well. Payment service was easy with monzo link. Engineer who came was very thorough and ensured we were happy with door on completion. Smooth from start to finish. Very satisfied. Thank you ☺️

Our boiler broke down and I contacted Zippey Boiler Heating & Plumber Richmond. The gas engineer was quick to respond, arrived on time, and clearly explained the fault before carrying out the repair.
