Excellent quality, shipping was a little iffy, but around the holidays I can’t really lay that at the feet of CustomUSB. Customer service was great, timely submission of mock-ups and I really am impressed with quality and price.

I ordered flash drives to use with my embroidery machine. The quality was good and the price reasonable. Even with all the backlogs because of Covid, my order came quickly and in great condition. Thank you.

The USB cards turned out perfect. Now we can save a ton of paper and toner by giving customer all there documents in the USB cards.

Customer service was great but product itself was extremely cheap. Upon opening the logo piece fell off for a couple of them. And the rest easily came off as well.

Quick and easy turn around after order was placed. Did have to send it back to them 3 times to fix. When got the final product, text/font was not proportional therefore lots of empty space on the usb business card (which were not cheap)!

Better than what I expected in quality and printing.

Oliver was really helpful and was able to help us get what we needed in a reasonable time so that we can get our company holiday gifts out. Especially this year with the pandemic and shipping being a challenge. Overall the experience was great and very professional. The final customized product looked great!

We were looking for an inexpensive supply of thumb drives and stumbled across Custom USB. We were able to use artwork from our current business cards and so ordering and customizing the USB's was simple and painless. The product arrived on time and the response has been very positive. Not only does it allow us to distribute files to consultants and clients but it is a great way to advertise our business in a format that people are unlikely to throw into the trash.

Everything about CustomUSB was top notch. I will definitely return for future custom USB orders

I cannot say enough great things about CustomUSB. The staff was so incredibly helpful and the turn around time was extremely quick plus, the products we received were amazing! Exactly what we were looking for and a very high quality for the price! I will absolutely be using CustomUSB again and recommending them to anyone who is looking!

Wonderful experience. We spent several days trying to work with a competitor that was never completely forthcoming about delivery until we almost missed our deadline. Thank you Art for super customer service & a great product. So glad we reached out to you & didn’t stop when that competitor told us what we wanted “couldn’t be done”. It's not exactly fun to be constantly reminded to leave a review.

Claire was our representative for CustomUSB. She was absolutely wonderful. Always pleasant and checking in to see if we needed any assistance. I would add her to my sales team if I could!!! It is not everyday you get that kind of customer service. The charging plates showed up in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend using CustomUSB.

The product you provided are perfect. I have programmed them all and they work as expected.
