Finger weg von CV Genius.
Ich halte dieses Geschäftsgebaren für absolut inakzeptabel. Mein Account wurde als „Gratis-Abo“ angezeigt, trotzdem wurden über Monate hinweg jeden Monat 23,90 € abgebucht. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wurde meine Beschwerde ignoriert.
Ein Unternehmen, das einen kostenlosen Zugang suggeriert, anschließend regelmäßig Geld einzieht und Kundenanfragen über Monate unbeantwortet lässt, hinterlässt einen äußerst fragwürdigen Eindruck.
Ich fordere weiterhin die vollständige Erklärung, auf welcher Grundlage diese Abbuchungen erfolgt sind, einen Nachweis über einen wirksamen Vertragsabschluss sowie die Rückerstattung der eingezogenen Beträge.
Wer CV Genius nutzt, sollte seine Kontoauszüge sehr genau kontrollieren. Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter war eine massive Enttäuschung.

Scam artists
Thank you for your reply, but your response does not address the real issue.
Your company has taken almost £500 from my bank account over a period of around two years for a service I never used. I cancelled what I believed was the subscription immediately after creating a single CV because I was unhappy with the quality and had no intention of signing up for ongoing payments.
I received no benefit from your service, yet you continued taking money from my account. When I eventually discovered these payments and contacted you, you refused to refund the money.
From my perspective, this is completely unacceptable. I believe your subscription process is misleading, and your refusal to return money for a service that was never used demonstrates a lack of fairness and customer care.
I will continue to share my experience so that other consumers are aware and can check their own bank statements carefully before using your company.

No page or area to cancle once you have paid which is completely illegal to do this in Europe. Payment detials were leaked to a scam number that contacted me portraying my bank..Makes you wonder how secure your data using this site.
