I used this website to create a CV and paid $0.60 for a trial. After that, my card was charged multiple times for $29.99 without me clearly understanding that I was subscribing to a monthly service.

In total, I was charged around $179.40. After contacting support, they refunded only $29.99 and refused to refund the remaining amount.

I believe the subscription system is misleading and customers are not clearly informed about the recurring charges.
