If you want to use wp blockeditor to build a page with this you only have daily errors and doesnt work like expected. Wit elementor you always get pop ups that you update to elementor pro, makes also no sense, first support did not answer over a week, canceled the plan, then they answered fast, but not really helpfull, they made updates with new old errors, they help, or try, but when one issue is fixed you face next issue, i cant recommend.The whole plugins are confusing, to get an overview what take where effect is stressfull. I build some pages with other builders, but Cybershimps are same gracefull like elemetor, they also update each day, both not worth to pay for, sorry.
Update 15.04.26:
After i did not get answer to get my money back i had to start paypal dispute, paypal gave me back money in 10 seconds. Then i got an offer from cybershimps, 1 year free pro subsrciption, i took it, but never got an answer right now, also no further support to my questions. Elementor has WPML problems since V4, since more than 2 month they cant fix it, Elementor is also integrated in this responsive theme from cybershimps, rolled back to V 3.35.9, also WPML warning. I tried to create a gallery with blockeditor, its not responsive,very stressfull to customize, so i had to create a extra gallery for tablet and mobile use, thats not 2026 and not responsive, documentation is bad, viedo turtorials are bad, so you have to contact support for each small issue. Then custom headers in blockeditor did not work on pages i want to use them, again a patch that it works. I created page template without header and footer, all fine on sub page, i moved it to startpage and even when i use there no header and no footer template it doesnt work, i had to change template to canvas template from elementor that it works, so sorry cybershimps, if you make such an offer for 1 year free pro plan, you have to hold it in by law, but they dont, anyway, i see round 130 reviews in 10 years, i know why, 1000 and more ran away and did not warn customers like i do. 3 chances to make me happy, but now since one week no answer again, little sad, but this seems the business philosophi of cybershimps.

you never offered me a 50% discount, i saw it while booking second time, and i asked if you send me code, you did, but with info its not to use for lifetime plan, but it worked, so i think you really where confused that the code worked and in future you could close this use for lifetime plan, the plugin is full of errors, but i described all well, but you are right, so many errors and support requests disturb my workflow....you also never answered to the error, why i cant go back from mobile view to destopr view in WP blockeditor, this ends in an error too, or why my custom template doesnt work on start page, and i had to use canvas template from elementor to get it work on star page, so 2 error in 1 day again, or why cant i customize the tablet and mobile view apart from desktop, that also doesnt work in blockeditor, or why a gallery is not responsive, and so on... no answer...but doesnt change your offer to give me one year pro plan, it was ur offer, so hold it in....regards

Our organization has been using the Responsive Mobile (Responsive II) theme for many years. I ran into an issue recently that required me to reach out to their support team. They were very quick to respond and had me back up and running in no time. They directed me to the steps to correct the issue and very politely informed me that the theme I was using had been discontinued and pointed me to a new (similar) theme that I could consider switching to. This was the first time that I had to reach out to their support, and I can report that I was not disappointed.

Like many of the reviews, the follow-up by the team was professional and timely. You can count on them replying and giving you a solution that works. This particular time I had an issue with the site not loading right after changing the template. I figured it was a cache issue and after an exhaustive amount of time, I finally reached out to the Cyberchimp team. Problem was with the plugin Speedycache. I deactivated it, but as was pointed out, the cache folder still existed. I ended up renaming that folder and everything worked. Don't hesitate to reach out, they know what they are doing and can save you time.
