Jessica was wonderful. Very helpful. I felt very confident that she knew what she was doing and would fix my problem.

Sophia Was very friendly and knowledgable. She was very patient with this old lady!

Called in to have printer set up and Jennifer helped me do much more. She taught me so much about computers because I needed to know. Her help was outstanding, and she was gracious and kind. I would always want someone like her helping me.

Sophia & Paul
Were very helpful and soothing to my soul during the set up of my mom's computer. I recommend anyone that's technically challenged to contact them.

Sophia,
I am very happy to report that you have provided me with the absolute best service I ever had on line. You are not only extremely knowledgeable about electronic equipment (computers, printers, routers, networks, ETC) but capable of working with both knowledgeable customers as well as those still learning how to use the technology of today. You are very kind, understanding, patient and you work with the customers no matter what the problem is and what the level of experience they have. My most sincere thanks for your help in successfully resolving all my problems. Bob S.

Sophia & Paul - I had what I thought was a simple problem, installing a printer, but it turned out to be much more complicated. Sophia diagnosed the issues which were then corrected. I would give them both the highest rating and recommendation.
